Place was conveniently located right near Victoria station. Not even 10 min walk to Buckinham Palace. Room was clean, both shower and tub. breakfast available at low cost. Beautiful street and neighborhood. Fridge and kette available in room.

We could hear people above us moving around in their rooms, not surprising seeing it is an older building, some lighting in our room were broken, and elevator was out of service on checkout day so we had to carry our luggage down 3 flights but other than that we enjoyed our stay!

we visited the hotel twice around a cruise from Southampton, each time taking a full day to visit London. the location is perfect both for transfers and visiting London. the hotel is very pleasant and quiet. special thanks to Irena at the reception for her kind and professional help.

the beds are a bit small, especially for large people. the breakfast is good, continental plus is included in the booking, but for English breakfast is extra cost. this was not explained in the booking forms.

Very comfortable and large room, perfect daily cleaning, staff super professional and kind, position very close to the Victoria Station. I had my best staying in The Tophams Hotel!

Very comfortable bed and excellent location. Great public spaces for having a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

Rooms are very small, as are the bathrooms, even for European standards. The hotel is a little dated, and some of the common areas and room anreas are a little shabby. For almost every room, you have to take a few steps or transition to uneven ground, which makes it difficult to get larger suitcases into the room. You also must take steps coming up the front to get into the hotel, so definitely plan to carry luggage. And last, there were no plugs anywhere near the bed, or in the bathroom. So to charge a phone or use a hairdryer was a little tricky.

Very charming hotel nearby Victoria Station. So extremely central, Tube a many buses to go. Though very safe what means much to me-was travelling by my own. Best price in this category. Londons accommodation is very expensive. Breakfast very good and cheap in comparison to other places. Tea a coffee cooking facility, got cookies too 😋😋

Standard room might be small, for London good. For me- 1 person- very convenient, cosy and sweet. Had some steps down to the bathroom. Made the room bigger. Charming old house. I didn’t mind the steps. Also rooms in the basement. Mine was in the 3rd floor.

Location was wonderful. Close to Victoria station and also round the corner from Westminster. It’s a lovely suburb and I felt very safe here. I was worried as I had read of some negative reviews but I can’t fault the room - I know it was small but I had a small double bed, separate ensuite and dressing area…. Very much a room for a solo traveller. Hot water and room was so cosy. I think it might have been very warm in a hot summers evening but I was there end of December. Will return to this hotel next time I’m in London.

To get to fourth floor you must take a lift to third floor then climb some steps.

Location was great, walking distance to Victoria Station and Big Red Bus stop. Hotel on a lovely Belgravia Street in walking distance of nice cafe and boutique pub. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very pleasant in a lovely breakfast room and we were served by attentive staff. Our room was spacious and clean. Just one thing the shower tap- its not like one I have seen and it took time to adjust to comfortable temperature. I suggest checking with staff if unsure.

Was well presented in the main lobby/public areas. Great location, near to Victoria station and many other sights. Staff were friendly albeit at times couldn’t find people if needed help.

Showing signs of needing some refreshment/wear and tear in the rooms - e.g curtains starting to come down, some light switches not working and so on. Some staff seemed a little bit off the ball with what they should be doing - e.g breakfast on the first day we had to go and find someone to order food/drinks as they were all hiding/chatting in the back. You pay for breakfast to be included and then have to pay extra for cooked food (wasn’t obvious at time of booking). I bit expensive for what it was, I felt. We had issues with paying for the room as the card machine didn’t take payment properly on arrival and were asked that they (potentially) double charge on exit, and would have to contact them for a refund if it did end up being the case.

Breakfast was excellent, and went above and beyond to provide gluten free options.

modern yet charming decor, convenient location just a couple of blocks from Victoria station, close to restaurants and bars, mini fridge, plenty of places to plug in chargers, rainshower head, comfortable pillows, decent continental breakfast options, one of the staff recommended a laundry service that worked out very well, we enjoyed the quiet feel of the neighborhood while still being only a few blocks from transportation and conveniences

we could hear other guests in adjacent rooms as well as the toilet flushing from rooms above, narrow hallways and tight elevator (which was not working our last day), tight room size as the door opened up right into one of the beds
