The b&b was easy to find and had its own parking which is a real bonus in Robin Hoods Bay. The room (The Bay room) was clean and spacious as was the bathroom, with lots of little treats stocked in the fridge for our arrival. Keypad entry on the doors so you can check in as convenient for you. The bathroom was beautifully decorated with 2 sinks and a powerful rain shower (there is nothing worse than washing your hair in a weak shower so this is always appreciated!) You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the planning of the room, it was functional and stylish with everything you could need. A daily spruce of the room is also available. The hosts were friendly and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Short walk to the bus stop which serves Whitby and Scarborough. Would definitely return.

The location is absolutely perfect and it was great to have parking available on site without charge. The room was spotless and well decorated, as was the rest of the B&B. There was WiFi available and a Smart TV in the room too. Breakfast was incredible and cooked perfectly each morning - we loved speaking with Mike too who hosted us each morning, he was very kind and very welcoming.

There’s so much to love about this place. It’s clean, comfortable, very well located, with wonderful breakfasts and welcoming owners. A kettle, tea, coffee and fresh milk in our room was a welcome addition. Plenty of hangers and enough cupboard space for our small cases of clothes. There was nothing that we could have wished for that wasn’t there for us.

We liked all of it. I'd've preferred a slightly more spacious bathroom (I hate stepping out of the bath or shower right near the loo) but let's be realistic that's not something easily resolved that the hosts could have 'fixed' for our stay. Everything else was great.

The location is perfect, a short walk from the Cleveland coast to coast walk and the Bay as well as being close to a few restaurants (everything within walking distance and the B&B has parking which is a bonus). Breakfast was amazing and there is plenty to choose from. The hosts are lovely, we will definitely be visiting again - thank you!!

Room very clean and well maintained. Items in the mini fridge a lovely touch. Breakfast / choice of breakfast was very good. Parking was OK and excellant property location

When searching for holiday locations, EV charging was part om my criteria. I expected there to be EV charging available on site, but it wasn't.

This B&B has gone the extra mile. Some of the stand out features were self-selected door codes, coffee machines in the rooms, fabulous shower. The breakfast was very nice and had a good choice of dishes. We didn't meet Michael but Max was very friendly. And of course the best thing about accommodation at Robin Hood's Bay is having parking provided.

The room was a little on the small side but perfectly adequate for one night. The B&B is at the top of the town and involves walking up a big hill to get there. This didn't bother us but might be an issue for some people.

A perfect stay! Lovely hosts, comfortable room with a great shower room and lots of nice touches in the room. Breakfast was delicious, again our hosts went the extra mile. The location was very good for seeing Robin hood bay and the surrounding area, with plenty of on-site parking. We highly recommend North Ings, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautifully modernised and appointed accommodation. in superb location. Very clean. Car parking facilities essential in such a touristy area. Most welcoming hosts. Exceptional, freshly cooked breakfast. Amazing shower. Greatly appreciated the provision of coffee machine and little treats left in the room fridge. Very grateful for recommendation of Sneaton Castle for dinner. Highly recommend.

We would have preferred breakfast to be offered until 10am but this in way deterred from our enjoyment of this amazing guest house.
