We was really impressed with our fabulous stay at Coastal Waters Room was spotless and spacious, the bed was comfy and had everything we needed; seating, mini fridge, coffee facilities, plenty of hanging space & drawers, make up mirror, hair dryer etc. Bathroom; large and spotless Location: perfect location for Torquay barber, only a small gentle incline to walk to the harbour. We have never stayed at a bed and breakfast property where it has been cleaned and looked after during a weekend stay - so clean. We were lucky enough to grab a spot at the rear of the hotel, but it would not of been an issue if we did not as there is a back up plan for this. We would not stay anywhere else when we return to beautiful Torquay.

I was very pleased with my stay at Coastal Waters. Being disabled, I found Raj excellent with all the help he gave me to access my room and organising car parking. I was staying in Torquey for a weekend conference and would certainly stay at Coastal Waters for future occasions. Thank you, Raj for your excellent service. Torquey is very steep which gives the disabled problems accessing places. Raj was excellent in his help and assistance to overcome these problems

The hotel was exceptionally clean.Raj was very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are serviced everyday with fresh towels and a clean.Location is great just a couple of minutes from the harbour. The breakfast is lovely and there is plenty of drinks, cereals and a large full English which was superb. It was our 3rd visit and as always it was fantastic. Would always try to book here if visiting Torquay it really is a little gem.

There is nothing to not like about the property its 5 star in our opinion

The host Raj was really helpful and friendly. The property was very clean and tidy. We stayed in room 4 which I believe was a small double. The bed was comfy however it is a small double. There is a very small fridge ( two cans if you are lucky) The price does seem better if you book direct rather than through booking.com which we will remember for next time. The breakfast was nice. Car parking ticket you are provided with allows you to park in a couple of council car parks which is really helpful.

We will definitely come back. If we were to be really nit picky I would say the breakfast mushrooms and sausages could've been cooked slightly more and the shower head in the room could be better. These are really small things that in no way impacted our stay.

The service was excellent. The owner was fantastic and really went out of his way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. I was unable to stay the first night due to a breakdown and arrived the following day at about 10.30am. He went out of his way to make a full English breakfast for me, even though breakfast hours finished at 9.30am. He let me stay a bit longer after the 10am checkout on my final day and also let me work on my laptop for an hour and a half in the dining area afterwards. The service was superb, the room was clean. I would highly recommend Coastal Waters as a great place to stay in Torquay.

Raj was Very helpful and accommodating even when we requested to move rooms, due to the road noise at the front of the building he kindly moved us to a quieter room at the back (we are light sleepers) close proximity to plenty of bars and restaurants and the main harbor itself. The rooms are well equipped with wardrobes, hair dryer, mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities

It wasn't a problem for us however there are quite a few steps leading up to the property and also inside the property depending where your room is, road noise outside the front of a property was a small issue for us even with the windows shut due to us being light sleepers. But Raj kindly moved us to a quieter room at the back of the property.

The coastal waters Hotel was amazing value for money. The hotel was cleaned throughout, and the owner was amazing. I highly recommend staying here again when I visit torquay. My partner is fussy with Hotel, and he said he would stay again. The hotel was so quiet while we were staying here. The owner helped us make sure we found parking for our stay. He always greeted us by our names and always said morning to us. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone who is visiting torquay on hoilday or weekend away.

Breakfast was very good and ample. Full english but I changed my order around a couple of times to vary it and all was very tasty( best scrambled eggs I've had in a long time, Complete perfection) Rooms were very clean and smart throughout. The owner Raj, very friendly, attentative and helpful. The Torbay car park pass that he supplied saved us a fortune as we travelled around the area quite a lot.

Nothing really. I would haveiked a bigger room but for the cost it was fine for me and my wife, and I believe there are much bigger rooms there.

What a beautiful little guesthouse, lovely clean and fresh. Our room was great, balcony fab ! You have everything in the room needed for your stay, the mini fridge is a great addition, the bed was comfy, the shower was great and wifi strong, you're a 10 min walk from shops bars and eating places, lovely helpful owner, would deffo return and stay again.

Parking is a bit fiddly but not a problem as if you can't get in through the back, then you're given a permit to stay on the nearby carpark which raj kindly showed us to.
