Great location very quiet at night so slept well, apartment was super ! Tastefully decorated, had everything we needed ,loved the extra touches , perfume samples ect ,molten brown shower gel ,my absolute favourite and what I use at home a touch of luxury , met Anthony lovey host , was around if needed but gave us space , beautiful gardens to sit and enjoy a drink ,close to a pretty beach ,will definitely come back again ,saw Sue daily ,lovely lady and we enjoyed our chats 😊 perfect for a relaxing break ,Thankyou 😊

It’s not a dislike but I would have preferred a larger bed if one was available,I’m used to a super king but it didn’t spoil our holiday 😊, mentioned to Sue about the door lock was a bit sticky but she’s on the case 😊

* Hosts were very friendly and helpful * Beautiful seating area and garden * Beds were very comfortable * Modern bathrooms * Has a washing machine (which is not listed) * Place is beautifully furnished and feels very homely * Very close to Meadfoot beach * Plenty of free on-street parking just outside apartment

* For us lacking a few minor functional items such as coffee table, reading lights, waste bin and stool for dressing table in one of the bedrooms * Fridge - for anyone with lack of mobility/flexibility it's incredibly low and difficult to see into. * Not a smart TV

Location at the top of the hill 16 min walk from the very lively town one way and 10 min walk to a small but perfect beach the other was perfect for us. The flat was at the top of the building around the back, with ample space and sitting room for the two of us. Parking was always available close to our entrance, not on the property.

The overall flat was great it was just missing those little finishing touch's that welcome you along the lines of a pint of milk in the fridge, cheap bottle of wine or biscuits. The biggest negatives were only one toilet roll provided (odd) and no hair dryer. One other notable lack was some where to hang your coats and also nowhere for damp towels to dry properly. Still a few minors matters that with a bit of thought could be rectified.

An amazing property that has been lovingly decorated throughout. Great location for walking to the town centre and also exploring the nearby costal walks. The room was immaculate and furnished to a very high standard. We were greeted with a very nice welcome and quickly left to our own devices, which we appreciate.

Very helpful and amenable hosts. Top quality furnishings, extremely comfortable king-sized beds. Good shower (just missing a non-slip mat) Nice outside space with an abundance of flowers/plants to enjoy. 10 minutes walk to the Meadfoot beach, bars, restaurants and the bus stops for other towns in the area. Free on street parking outside the apartment. Highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a very spacious apartment that truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to all the facilities it offered. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the delightful sight of beautiful cut flowers in the room, which added a personal touch that I greatly appreciated. It's these small details that really make a difference in creating a welcoming atmosphere. The apartment's location was another major highlight. It was perfectly situated, making it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area without having to travel too far. This convenience added a lot of value to my stay, as I could spend more time enjoying my visit and less time worrying about transportation. Additionally, as a tea lover, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality tea selection available. It was a delightful surprise that enhanced my mornings and evenings, allowing me to indulge in some of my favorite flavors as well as discover new ones. However, one aspect that could be improved was the temperature of the apartment. It was a bit cold, which, while not a deal-breaker, did require me to bundle up more than I would have liked. A slight adjustment to the heating could easily remedy this and make the space even more comfortable. Overall, my experience was very positive. The spaciousness of the apartment, along with its excellent location and thoughtful touches like the cut flowers and tea selection, made my stay enjoyable. With a minor tweak to the heating, I believe this apartment would be absolutely perfect. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Wonderful greeting by a lovely gentleman named David great 1st impression loved the setting the courtyard area great information provided of where to visit by David, apartment was very nice clean well decorated good utilities comfortable seating area bed was comfy loved our stay thank you, great base to explore the area, met Anthony later he was very helpful and welcoming too.

The shower was the only disappointment but when mentioned to David he said he would sort that out a lovely stay fantastic hosts

Was two couples and they up graded one couple to the apartment with two sofas..so we could all socialise together in the apartment..which was a bonus Lovely place to stay...clean comfortable with everything you need down to matching tea towels and gorgeous shower gel ...would go back in a heart beat

Up a steep hill from torquay so not for the fant hearted...

Palm Grove was perfect for our short trip to Torquay. My partner and I loved our stay and would happily book to stay again. The apartment was spotless, with brand-new furnishings and a high-quality kitchen that was more than an adequate for a three-night stay. The location is beautiful, just 5-10 mins walk from the coast and a similar distance to Torquay Harbour. The apartments themselves have lovely gardens with outdoor furniture - perfect for hosting guests our relaxing in the sunshine. However, our hosts were the most memorable part of the trip. Anthony and David were welcoming hosts, greeting us with a friendly face on our arrival and even offering us a lift to the station when our taxi didn't arrive.

Nothing - easily the best apartment I've stayed in.

Communication wasn’t the best with the owners, but the property I can no stay anything bad about. Even with the communication I would definitely recommend staying here. But be aware the walk up to the apartment is a nice hill climb from Torquay town
