The owners made our stay extra special.nothing was too much trouble . The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. Our tea and coffee in our rooms were filled up daily and extra milk was always available. Raj met us on arrival from the coach station with a warm and happy face. The B&B was exceptionally clean. We were made so welcome from the start to the end of our holiday. We would 100% recommend this place and we will be definitely returning l. We have come away feeling relaxed and happy l. Thank you so much for a fabulous holiday and for your utter generosity you are brilliant.

Lovely welcome from our hosts on arrival. Great location, love this area as it's so close to the harbour, bars and restaurants, which are a 10 minute walk away. Lovely sized room for a "small" double, spotlessly clean, with lovely decor and a decent sized bathroom with a nice shower. Comfy bed, just a little to soft for my wife, only because has a bad back at the moment, but we both slept very well. Great Full english breakfast, freshly cooked and hot and there was also ample cereals, teas, coffees, juices etc. to choose from. Parking at the back of the B&B was available on our arrival. Would highly recommend the Ravenswood to anyone visiting Torquay.

My wife and I do not recall a hotel or Bed & Breakfast where we have felt so comfortable, even pampered. The owners treated us as if we were family. The breakfast was exceptional. As a matter of fact, exceptional is the word that best describes this outstanding sheltering place. We hope, as the people who followed us, which were repeat customers, and who practically filled the place up, we hope we can return soon. Long live the Ravenswood!

We disliked nothing.

I enjoyed everything about the hotel, the breakfast was good, the service was excellent and the staff were great very kind and helpful. I will be staying there again at some point next year. It got my approval and that is why i have given it a 10 out of 10 rating.

There was nothing wrong with the venue it was all great it has the thumbs up i would have liked a longer stay and i will next year for sure. The bathroom was a little on the small size for me which was a bite cramped that was only one draw back for me. But everything else was great still got my approval and 10 out of 10 rating to Well done Ravenswood i enjoyed my night with you and excellent morning to.

I liked the staff, the destination close to the beach and pier... and plenty of restaurants, but I was visiting my sister and nieces. Woke up late for breakfast on the day I was leaving and they offered to make it for me anyway. Great customer service.

Food could have abit more flavours although it's prob best the way you do it for allergy reasons. Also noisy on Saturday and Friday as pubs across the street from my window.

Raj and Manju could not have done more for us, super friendly, never saw him without a smile on his face! Really clean and comfortable room, lovely breakfast, I really enjoyed the extra touch of Raj bringing out a little starter of yoghurt and fruit topped with muesli before our cooked breakfast. 5 minutes walk from the harbour, perfect location. Would highly recommend!

I like that it was very clean x I’m a smoker and loved being able to sit out the back for a cigarette in there smoking area x we was greeted with kindness and also had our bags taken to our rooms which was lovely x it’s was a relaxed lovely feeling there x

The bed was really hard so woke up hurting with bad back pain Didn’t like being woke up in the morning with lady opening our door for room service and feel like we was being rushed off on our check out at 10am lady was there in room while I was trying to sort something out so I felt even more rushed to get out x

Beautiful place to stay, hosts are lovely and can't do enough to help. From arriving we were shown where to park and welcomed. Room was spotless the whole building is too. Great location just a few mins walk to marina and town . We were only there a night passing through from another destination. Torquay is amazing so much to do and very pretty.

We had twin beds room but it was last minute and all other rooms booked. But this room is still lovely.

This was our second time staying at Ravenwood, and once again, we were not disappointed—it was just as we remembered. Room 4 is spacious, incredibly comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Raj and Manju are fantastic hosts: warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Their hospitality made our stay feel like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend the Ravenwood for anyone planning a visit to Torquay.

The Ravenswood was an exceptionally clean and comfortable place to stay . The host was above and beyond ,very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also amazing, very nice, hot, and fresh, and the service was amazing. Would highly recommend staying at the Ravenswood. We can't wait to return and will definitely stay again.
