Everything was great The teas and coffee tray Spacious bedroom and living room area Well kept and clean Bed was very comfortable Nice apartment based in convenient location short walk to the centre 😊

Everything was great the only issue we had was one of the toilets would not stop making a high pitched whistling noise and kept my partner up during the nights we stayed. It was mostly continuous during the day and throughout the night. Just some cleaning supplies or wipes wouldve been useful to have in the cupboard so we could clean the kitchen surfaces after use.

Well cleaned, great location, easy communication with the staff (via email) and with all the facilities we needed for a weekend. Highly recommended and definitely would stay at Discovery Accommodation again.

We loved how spacious the room was. It also had everything that we needed for a family stay. The location was perfect - only a 5-min walk from everything from groceries stores to sightseeings. The doors were easy to open and lock. The thing I liked best was the view from both of the two rooms we rented. It was spectacular!

The bed wasn't too comfy (but it wasn't too bad) and we hope we could have left our luggage in the communal area for a few hours after check-out, but totally understand that there's no reception so the host might not want our luggage to go missing. Other than that everything else was lovely!

Good shower but bit of maintenance needed on handle, sink nice but notice saying comes out quick needed as water splashed over everywhere on first use . Kitchen area amazing. Fridge a bonus, good refreshment tray. Lots of toilet roll, body wash etc. Lots of storage space, fluffy towels. Comfy settee. Bed comfy and clean bedding . Heating good and curtains /blinds all good

The stairs to the apartment are awful and lack health and safety, they are fire exit type with no cover so this needs to be sorted as small dogs paws would slip into the slots with the possibility of breaking legs, we had to carry out dog , as did another resident with theirs , up and down. A lady with a heel or stilleto would get stuck in the open squares and could fall badly. The TV channels were explained as basic but being worked on so this was annoying but at least understandable

The apartment is a great location, only 5 minutes walk into Whitby. On arrival the apartment was very clean, and more spacious than the pictures give credit for. We stayed in pier apartment. The communication with Discovery accomodation is very good, they provide a lot of information in regards to the apartment and gaining access into it.

No negatives on the apartment, only in relation to Whitby itself in that the parking around Whitby is very difficult and really recommend applying to get a parking disc from Scarborough council.

Sufficient for one night

Not easy to find, no staff to talk to, no one answering phone on a Sunday , do not like the virtual office at all very impersonal

The apartment was very spacious and had everything you need , it was comfortable, clean and in a perfect location right near shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, 10 minute walk maximum to the marina seafront

It's worth knowing that walking around Whitby is up and downhill , unfortunately the road with direct access to nearest car park was closed so we had to drive around to work out how to get there . But none of this is any fault or reflection on the accommodation we stayed in , we have nothing negative to say about Discovering Accommodation and highly recommended them

The Accommodation was great, but; The bathroom basin could be larger ( there is room). No plug in the basin ( difficult to shave). The toilet is not fixed to the floor and tocks about. The USB sockets on the LH socket don't work and I couldn't get the heater to work. However I enjoyed the room very much and will be looking to book it again if I can get a reasonable rate for the dates 24 to 27 April 2025 ( 4 nights) Preferably in the same room or one as good

As above, a few faults with the room but if they are fixed I would love to stay again 24to 27 April 2025

The flat was cosy and clean with everything we needed, wish we'd booked it for longer. Great size bedroom and kitchen for 2 people, the living room has a view of Whitby Abbey and the sea which was an unexpected bonus! The bathroom has a very good, spacious power shower. Location is perfect as its in the centre of the town. Would definitely stay again!

Nothing to dislike! Worth mentioning there are pretty steep, metal stairs to get to the building entrance, then a further flight of stairs to the flat. Not a problem for us but if you have mobility issues this would not be ideal.

Spacious and exceptionally clean accommodation.Clean towels and mini toiletries were provided.Big comfortable beds with good quality bedding.Matresses and pillows had covers on.I really like that as it keeps the bedding clean.Great location-close to the sea front.Lovely place to stay for a family or a group of friends.I will definitely be using Discovery accommodation again.

The furniture was a bit dated.(Not really an issue)Tiny fridge with a freezer box and not enough kitchenware.Not great if you are planning on cooking.I wanted to check out late but was asked to give my card details over the phone to someone from a call centre abroad.I didn't feel comfortable with that.Was offered to pay online via invoice but received it after checking out so it was too late.
