Walking into the Resort was beautiful 😍 Front desk was very nice and informative, told us the events for the night, showed us where Aromas Cafe was (very delicious coffee ☕), the restaurant Bin 189 was also very delicious, staff from Bin 189 was also very nice. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The gym was also our favorite, very clean and the downstairs mirror room was our favorite. They have movie night every night I believe so we watched a movie @8pm it was so fun! The village down the street walking distance was also beautiful. Stater bros and CVS was down the street and convenient. We were there for a wedding and the venue was right down the road walking distance. Would definitely recommend and stay again ✨😄👍🏼

We loved everything.

It was so beautiful and made for the perfect weekend for our family. I'm so glad I splurged on the Suite upgrade. Even our toddler was impressed with the size of the bathroom! The amenities were AMAZING! I worked out a couple of times in the amazing gym. I wish our stay was longer so I had more time to enjoy the amenities. The location made shopping and dining very convenient. However, we enjoyed the Mother's Day brunch at the restaurant on site and it was one of the best meals I've ever had!

The outside of the building looked like it needed a bit of upkeep. I know the hotel couldn't do anything about it, but lake access would have been nice.

We were there on a rainy weekend, so we only saw the inside of the Resort. There are so many windows that bring the outdoors in. So it was lovely. Room window to pool and lake. Dining window to other side of lake. Lobby area beautiful view of lake. Temp outside was 41, but inside it was just right.Easy parking. No stairs from parking to front desk. We could have walked to the Village, but due to the rain we decided to stay in the hotel. Staff was very helpful. Paid for a breakfast and a dinner. Both nicely prepared. Of course, hotel price. But not outrageous. Overall we were glad we stayed there.

Closet was part of the bathroom. But that did give more room for our double.

The room, amazing! Location, amazing! Parking, worked great! Restaurant, simply beautiful and food was amazing! Spa facilities, super enjoyed a long steam bath after a day of skiing. Staff, extremely accommodating and friendly - the extra pillows I'd requested were waiting in the room upon arrival. Price, surprisingly affordable. The additional $35 "resort fee" (to pay for pool & spa access) was a surprise, but well worth it for those taking advantage of it. The spa / gym facility is the best I've ever used, and if I felt like parting with $150, I'm sure a 50 minute massage would have been sweet!

The bed was sadly in need of replacement. A little like sleeping on a hammock and the whole bed bounced with every movement, waking my wife. Out of place for such an amazing place, so maybe they just haven't gotten around to fixing that room's bed yet! I have spine issues and can't sleep bent like that. At 3AM, I slept reversed directions and that fixed it for me. A memory foam mattress topper might have fix it. However now that I know the trick, I'd stay there again. No breakfast available.

I loved the front desk, the restaurant and our room. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. I can't say the same about the cleaning ladies. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

One of the cleaning ladies was rude when I kindly ask for room cleaning around 11am. She didn't seem to like my request by the way she responded. (Too bad!) I was also disappointed about the resort fee per day ($35 a day!) and the pricy, no refundable fee to bring your pet($175!) On top of the refundable pet insurance and deposit($150). That was a rip off.

Friendliness and the amenities stand above other qualities this resort has to offer and I will definitely add this place on my favorite getaway list. Everything is at walking distance from the resort, from a market, to a bar, boutique, plenty of restaurants to choose from , sweatshops and gift shops. The lake behind the property is private only to guests, allowing at times solitude or an intimate moment lakeside. Ate so much good food at the village but my rib eye steak and Lake Arrowhead Pale Ale at Bin 189 which is within the resort crowned me king for the night.

The coffee machine.

We've been coming to this resort for many years since my son and his family moved here. It's a beautiful hotel with a large lobby/great room for relaxing and visiting, a very nice and convenient restaurant and bar with great food, and a beautiful view of the lake. Walking distance to the lake and the village for shopping and dining. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff are courteous and friendly.

We came the weekend after Christmas and it was pretty packed with people in the hotel, so eating at the restaurant and using the hot tub was difficult. Reservations at the restaurant was necessary given the number of people at the holiday time. Best to reserve before you arrive at the hotel to secure a spot. Otherwise, you will need to leave the hotel and call around to find somewhere else to eat. The rooms are pricey. Would like to see bath and hair soap dispensers in the shower, especially for the price of the room.

Location, Room balcony & View, and Holiday decor

Hotel room was very noisy. Footsteps on floor above us was very loud throughout the stay and there was a metal clanking sound throughout the night, pipes perhaps?

I liked that it was quiet and calm. The price was good. The restrooms are large.

I didn’t like that there was not too many activities to do at the resort. There was only one fireplace outside. I loved the food at the restaurant and manager was great but the servants service was poor. I wish there was more than one restaurant available to dine. We stayed on the 2nd floor and we can hear every footstep from upstairs. We had a family with kids on the 3rd floor that woke up at 7am and were running non stop all morning.

The location, grounds, restaurant, and spa were wonderful! Impeccably kept! The staff was helpful too. My lakeside room was lovely. The property is extremely dog-friendly and doesn't charge extra to bring your fur babies.

The bed mattress could be firmer and the bedding of better quality. There was also a weird airplane-like hum outside my room that kept me up. I wish the fitness center/spa offered more classes. The three I took, however, were excellent.
