Excellent hotel. Situated in a very secluded, quiet place, surrounded by stunning nature - forest and lake. Excellent staff. We did not eat in the restaurant, unfortunately, we found out about the possibility of eating in the hotel and took everything with us. Next time we will definitely take advantage of this privilege.

Unfortunately, there is only one jacuzzi on the territory, and there are many people who want to take a steam bath, and you need to book in advance, and only for 30 minutes. I would like more.

Location, hot tub and patio area, size of the room and patio outside of room. Once we learned there was a shower room with towels for the hot tub area that was nice.

The interior of the room was less desirable. The sink was cracked without a drain plug. Bathroom door would not stay open and the wallpaper was hanging off. The maid service was not acceptable; asked for our room to be turned and had to ask management to have her come back and vacuum, make up the bed. It would have been nice to of had robes to walk to and from hot tub. And had been let known that there was a shower room in the hot tub area.

Our room was large and clean. There were wine and beer options in our room for purchase, so convenient. Sliding glass door with a cute little patio to sit on and enjoy our morning coffee. The bed was comfortable and there was an AC. We were able to reserve a private time slot in the jacuzzi. Delicious restaurant and bar on site was definitely a bonus.

Our room door kept sticking and was kind of hard to open. It would be better if you were able to reserve 45 minutes in the Jacuzzi instead of 30 minutes.

The homely, clean, and picturesque view of the room we stayed in rendered a wonderful leisure vacation for us. The food in the hotel was also very good and reasonably priced. The receptionists at the lobby were all so cordial and helpful. The location of the hotel is very close to Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, and San Luis Obispo. We are looking forward to another visit sometime in the near future.

The meals were great and the ambiance of the resort was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

No one picked up the trash. Even though housekeeping service was available by calling the front desk. It would have been nice to have trash emptied each day.

Location was great, back patio faced hole 2 of the golf course. Double queen bed room was extra roomy. Staff was friendly, the clubhouse had live music and great food. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed food and availability of the restaurant. Location was great. Nice and quiet. Easy to park ... Dog friendly. Staff was nice and supported.

We could have used a downstairs room. The stairs were difficult with luggage. The room was a little outdated but clean. For the cost ... it was fine. Wifi was patchy so it made it difficult to check in with work and family.

Staff was friendly.. especially Sophia at the clubhouse grill.. beautiful views, live band on Saturday, water slides for the kids. Just a great place to stay

The Golf Course, Views from course, the food was excellent.

Our room needed some remodeling, it was clean. Sliding door was broken, carpet was old. Front door card reader had issues.

Location location location. I love the area, it was beautiful and peaceful. In addition to that there not really much traffic.

The hotel itself needs to be updated, especially the bathroom.
