1. Friendly and supportive staff focused on generating solutions. 2. Breakfast - typical American. However, it was enough diversed. 3. Free parking slot 4. Good connection to San Francisco - 10 minutes drive to Caltrain station with good parking by the station (Redwood) 5. Enough space in the room for 5 persons family (2 double beds and 1 sofa). 6. It was clean, and the room had everything that was mentioned in the offer.

1. Not easy access to the charger - needed extra app. 2. It was a little bit noisy. 3. The couch was not so comfortable to sleep. 4. Light in the room was limited. However, there are minor problems. Generally, we were satisfied, and the offer covered the reality.

An unexpected delight! Beautifully decorated and clean! Quiet too, considering we were near El Camino! The room had all the creature comforts, it had a nice, Large, clean modern shower, a small microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer and lots of places to charge our phones, It was small, but efficient and comfortable. There is a high end restaurant close by, we walked to the Selby's restaurant which was 500 feet away. So it is conveniently located for many visits to the area.

The management staff went over and above to find and mail back to me my prescription glasses. I had written a previous review and neglected this most important part!!! Thank you Carlos and your staff! My glasses have arrived and I can see again!!

The location was pretty good and the room was not bad. Nothing spectacular by any means.

The breakfast was awful. Typical powdered eggs or whatever, turkey sausage I think, potatoes that were literally brought from the fridge to the chafing dish. Still cold as all hell. It was so bad it was kind of laughable to be honest. Most of the people there lasted about 5 min in there and bailed out.

Breakfast was somewhay genneric, but good. Location was perfect for my purposes. The standout thing was Gigi, your front desk attendant. I was having major commputer conection problems. She went out of her way, when she wasn't handling other people, to help me and involve your IT person. I thought she was exceptional. Sheery attitude, caring, thoughtful. She is a keeper!!

Car noise at night was a little annoying, but it did quite down eventully.

The location was very convenient, and the room was very clean and had plenty of space. The staff were very nice and helpful.

I would have appreciated having an option to make tea in my room, not just coffee. Also, the WiFi was not working.

Staff very helpful, friendly. Rooms very clean with nice finishes. Rooms very comfortable. Staff accommodated our needs. We had 2 rooms, one was an ADA(disabilities) room, and other was regular. Both were nice, grounds kept very clean too.

would have to say that 1 thing I would change is the stand alone chair in disabilities room. The chair in that room didn't have arms on chair to use to help person get up. Would be very helpful to someone with mobility disability, decreasing chance of falls, injury.

Breakfast was good, liked the daily changes. The lady who took care of the breakfast was fantastic. Room had plenty of space. Slept very well.

Faucet in the sink was too short.

Everyone was over the top sweet and helpful! My room, 109, was large and super clean! I have a ill family member so I will always stay with BW on all my trips to Redwood City. CA Very impressive!

The only thing is the metal covers over the toilet paper rolls. Sounds silly but if the roll is a new one it's too tight and you get 1 square or part of part of one at a time!

I was lucky enough to find a room to stay on NYE while I was visiting family. The name might be wrong but I think his name was Carlos who checked me in was so nice and very helpful!
