The building is very nice, with beautiful common spaces, and the location is extremely central, making it convenient for exploring the area

We stayed in a cozy queen room, but unfortunately, all rooms in this category face the hotel terrace, making them extremely noisy. The rooms are also quite small, with oversized bathrooms that leave the rest of the space feeling cramped. Shockingly, there was no coffee machine in the room. Additionally, there’s no wardrobe, just a small table and a single chair. We requested a room change, but the hotel refused. I strongly recommend avoiding this room category

All new and super clean. Everything worked well and staff front desk and restaurant/bar very supportive and friendly. Very good shower. New and comfy pillow.

The Avocado Toast was small, bread not easy to cut and egg wasn’t warm.

The friendliness of the staff, the design of the hotel, and the food were all excellent. The price of the hotel was reasonable even though it was located in the center and had good facilities, and it even provided vouchers to order drinks and food for dinner and breakfast, which made me feel very satisfied. The quality of the food was also very good. Especially I would like to say thank you to Leslie who assisted us when we checked in. She made a very good impression already before we've got the room. All famous places were close to the hotel, and the subway and train station were right next to the hotel, so there was no need to use Uber like in other cities. The airport was also a 15-20 minute drive away. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, which is very clean and a short walk to many nice restaurants next to the sea.

Breakfast was lovely as well as your staff!!

Initially I was dissatisfied with the coffee however after a week I realized it was not the coffee but a staff member that failed to use the right proportions of coffee to water. I would get coffee from the lobby and the kitchen w/n an hour’s time and one cup would be lovely and the other impossible to drink. Additionally whole milk in the creamer in place of half and half. My business is in the food service industry and I have learned the importance of a good cup of coffee, especially at the start of your day

The coffee was very good and staff kept my cup filled. The patio is a wonderful space. I didn't have breakfast but saw many plates coming out and presentation was perfect. My room was clean and cool. The bathroom was spotless. The cleaning crew does a great job. Free water!!!! Such an inexpensive and nice touch!

Such a bummer that I came alone. I would have had more fun with a companion. I also wasn't sure how to use the $35 food credit that was mentioned at check in. I did sign for coffee and croissant thinking that was "on the house". But I think it showed up on my bill.

Well styled hotel, in a great location with good facilities. Very comfortable room. Close to travel connections and airport. Food was ok and free coffee was available in the mornings which was good! I travelled alone and felt welcome even though it was obviously a busy hotel with a lot going on.

Couple of things brought it down. There is a location charge each night but they counter it by giving you credit in the hotel. It's also not obvious how to use the credit and had to ask more than once as it was explained to me differently each time. The other issue with this is the food wasn't amazing and if you don't drink it gets wasted which it did for me. I ordered eggs Benedict and the eggs were cold. Also had an issue with my room TV and I'd spilt on the sheets some coffee, I made it obvious hoping it would be changed but sheets weren't changed they just remade the bed.

This boutique hotel was perfect and exactly what we needed for a stay in San Diego. The location in the Gaslamp quarter was perfect with easy access to restaurants as well as the Embarcadero. The staff was all friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. The room was perfectly appointed and had plenty of space. We were easily able to request a mini fridge and microwave which was incredibly helpful. The bonus items included in the destination fee were nice perks.

The only complaint we had was that the corner room (first world problems) we had was right on the corner of the street which was a bit on the loud side, but fortunately the hotel provide a sound machine on the nightstand which helped. If you are a decent sleeper, the noise wouldn't be an issue.

Location is great with public parking right behind Clean and comfy bed

My account was deducted twice on pre authorization on two different cards (both from my Revolut account) One of the payment has been settled after I checked out. But the other one is still on hold till now, and I have to wait till late May if the hotel doesn’t release the fund earlier. I tried to contact them on booking but no response. Complimentary breakfast was very small and simple.

The whole experience was truly wonderful. I booked it last minute during a crazy storm and took a chance. I was NOT disappointed! The room was quite (no doors in hallways were heard), and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The food was great for both dinner and breakfast. AND I squealed with delight when I saw they had Le Labo's Santal 33 as their bathroom products!

The only thing I could do with more of was the general WiFi in the dining area, but I was on a computer, so I suppose it was ok. Just not as fast as I would have liked to work efficiently.

Everything with one exception. My first room, a little small but the sccond room, exactly as I like it.

The room i originally reserved at the last minute was great, just a little small for my taste. I had trouble with the air condition unit turning on so the staff promptly came to resolve the problem by checking the unit and immediately switching my room to an upgraded room at 2am in the morning, 5 stars for the staff that night.
