We enjoyed our stay at PlayPark Lodge. Everything was updated and clean, plenty of room for our families needs. We really appreciated having a separate room for the kids! The shower had great water pressure, and all of the beds were comfortable. There is a beautiful outdoor community area with fire pits, strung lights for the evening, and a variety of lawn games. The kids loved playing cornhole and jenga. The check-in process was extremely easy.

The TV was requiring login information for all of the various services (netflix, hulu, disney...) so we weren't able to use it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Me and my husband, can’t say enough good things about the place, from the accommodating service provided during reservation.. the check- in and check-out process were fast and smooth. To us the best part was the continued communication of the staff, they always engaged with you all the time. They respond to you right away. And of course, the room were nice ,clean and spacious with full of amenities from the kitchen and bathroom necessities.The bathtub was a plus it’s very relaxing. Overall, good customer service, clean room and highly recommended.

Contactless check in: password will be provided by email and text message. Cozy room, with microwave and disposable serving utensils provided. Great location, close to South Lake Tahoe (many restaurants and ski resorts). Free parking. Powerful heater.

Room space is a little limited, but good enough for two people.

Nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds and great shower (loved the pressure!). Location is good, with some restaurant options nearby and a supermarket for some groceries. Check-in went fine. Netflix available on the TV. Would definitely stay here again.

Walls between the rooms are thin. You can hear your neighbors conversation.

The rooms have everything you need. Hangout area is the middle of the hotel is nice. Location is nicely placed in the middle of two pretty good cafes. Pizza and beer right next door.

Rooms pictured on booking.com was not what my room looked like but it was still nice. Walls are THIN so you hear your neighbors. No staff on site so people can be loud all night and it's up to you to do something about it. The remote chat system/text messaging is convenient but I was sent a total of 13 messages during my stay. One of which was in answer to a question I had. The rest were spam texts about checking in/out and asking to rate them. Too many messages. Just leave a sign/poster inside the room with instructions.

The room was beautiful. I love this location & I'm happy to have found this place to stay. The service was great! Staff is friendly. I highly recommend this lodge. Will come again!!

The bed was a bit too hard for my liking. I wish it was more soft.

The layout of the room was like an apartment. The location was great - outside the main congestions of downtown but close to everything we needed.

The property outside the room was still not fully cleaned up from winter storms - and we got even more snow during our stay - but it wasn't the fault of the facility.

Clean, comfy bed. Everything we needed for “kitchen stuff” and toiletries.

Everything was good. We had an issue with the hot water and they fixed it really quickly.

Very clean, cozy and cute room, has everything you may need! Small but everything is very functional and thought through. Very pleasantly surprised by that.

Bathroom, particularly shower and sink, are quite small. Not a big deal at all, just a small inconvenience.

I really loved that the room was very clean and furniture was brand new. The location is also good as it’s just 15 min driving distance from Inspiration Point (Emerald Bay). The price is very reasonable.
