Location Comfy Good size TV Great Staff, work hard they have fixed most of the issues from old complaints,Cost Location, Beach close,Quality food and 24hr Store close,PHO Close Indian close. Good spot compared to a few others. Safer Parking Hard Working quality Management.

For the cost location TV Quality Coffe Maker Frige, I cant think of anything didnt like, except maybe no heated year round Hot Tub. Its well worth a stay. Enjoy the lake

Room almost unbearably hot from heater and no thermostat. Had to turn off and keep door open for an hour with outside temp around 20 degrees

The price for the Travel Inn was equal or very similar to other hotels. However, if you read reviews with pictures, you'll see that those properties are very dirty and in need of serious renovation or remodel. The Travel Inn was clean and recently remodeled. I did not have any concerns while staying at the Travel Inn.

Manager and attendant were great. We left a day early to avoid snow storm and traffic, and he gave us refund for one night. It was way too hot the first night, even after we turned the heater off. The next day we found another heater on another side of the room. But this is one of those "luxury problems". Wi-Fi and cable services were excellent.

The room and the bathroom was kind of old, not sure if the owners can remodel it and keep the value for visitors, but it would be nice.

Loved the location. Very close, walking distance to many great locations.

Did not like the cleanliness of the tile shower!! Needs to be cleaned. Felt like there was no privacy with the windows open and multiple fans blowing air in from outside. Did not like "no air conditioning unit" 3pm-6pm you cannot be in the room as it's too hot with a box fan in the window.

I had a surprisingly pleasant stay at the Travel Inn, South Lake Tahoe. The room was very clean, without broken cabinets, and it had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, heater, electric fan, extra warm blanket, and an ironing board. It exceeded my expectations especially for the price.

Everything was great.

The staff is very attentive. Rooms are larger and neater than other similar hotels’ rooms. They even have hairdryer.

We couldn’t control the temperature in the room. It was too warm. Also a few yellow light bulbs would be good. White lights make it look cheap.

Really like that second mirror above the coffee service (didn’t have A second mirror)!! And missed the table. Also missed the private toilet/shower area, and two sinks. But for a last minute reservation, it was fine, appreciated the refrigerator and microwave.

Proprietor was friendly, helpful and gave off a good vibe. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom window, which serves as the vent, was difficult for me to figure out how to open. Proprietor would have gladly helped, but I didn't ask him.
