BEST VALUE! The property is really really great for small group or single traveling. You HAVE to take into consideration what you are paying for. For their price, the location provides relatively good services. If you are traveling with more people and can share cost with others, you may wanna choose a nicer property, but if you are tight on budget, the place provides decently clean place to spend the night after a long day of skiing/snowboarding.

The property could use better quality bed sheet and blankets to stay competitive. I am willing to pay a little more for that. This was the cheapest accommodation (significantly cheaper than any other place in the vicinity). By raising the quality and also the cost by a tiny bit, I think the hotel could stay cheaper than others while providing comparable services.

This is one of the most affordable choices in SLT.... you get what you pay for. The bed was comfortable enough, the heater worked, I didn't see any bed bugs, things seemed clean. If you want a luxury accommodation go for that. This is a very basic place to stay. It has all the bare necessities. It is good for 1 to 2 nights if you just need somewhere to crash and rest after skiing or riding all day.

Always friendly and considerate staff, location is excellent right in the middle of Tahoe Choas, and maybe 3 mins away from El Dorado Beach!!

The room had no art, no flowers, no home away from home type feels that some other rooms I've stayed in here have, and for some reason tv wasn't hooked up so took me a few minutes to figure out what was wrong.

The staff was very nice, the room itself I absolutely loved and was comfortable. I also really loved how close it was to the beach, but compared to my last stay it was way out of my price range for future visits sadly enough.

Definitely the cost for only one night, I feel like it was definitely not worth more then the 130 I paid previously for 2 nights in comparison to the 200 plus I paid for this time for only just one night.

I noticed they improved the washroom, kudos for that! Bedsheets where white and clean , I loved that!

It was not very clean, the carpet was noticeable crumby and the refrigerator and microwave could be updated.

Location is excellent, staff always nice and friendly, pretty quiet at night.

For what you get with the rooms I think charging anything over 130 per night is a little excessive. I paid almost 400 for two nights, just me, and I actually ended up leaving a day earlier than anticipated and wasn't offered a partial refund or anything which I thought was kinda poopy.

I was very appreciative of the air-conditioner in the wall of the room. It was very smokey at Lake Tahoe and the room was smoke-free. In fact, it was so smokey, I had eaten a late lunch, so when I opened my room door to go out for dinner I decided staying in my room was the best way to avoid smoke - normally I'd have gone out for fresh air - but the air seemed clean and fresh in my room. The bed was very comfortable - not too hot, not too cold. Parking was good. Heidi's is a classic place for breakfast across the road. I chose the motel because it did not have a cleaning fee.

The coffee machine produced good coffee with pods, I had one in the evening. However, when I went for a Sunday morning cup the door to the office was shut and I couldn't get coffee. It would have been nice to have an electric kettle with a pot of tea there too. The guy in the front office looked unhappy in his job - maybe he was tired but he could have been more ebullient and welcoming.

The bed was supper comfy. It was clean big room also It has a nice view from the bathroom window. And it was also snowing when we went making it extra special and nice. Will definitely be staying here in there future and definitely recommend

The location was awesome !!! unfortunately I got there during a huge blizzard so I more chose this place to not have an accident than to enjoy the city but I recognized the location was great , really close to the lake, stores; ski resort… and the room was really enough for myself.

We were in the suite room that was fabulous!!!! Not sure how the regular rooms are, but the suite room is awesome!!! Staff was extremely polite and courteous!

no elevator to get suitcases to the second floor, but we had teenagers so it was ok!
