Hotel was clean and check in was flexible. We arrived four hours before expected, though we were prepared in case our room was only ready at the expected time. We were also able to check out thirty minutes late for free, from 11AM to 11:30AM (since the room wouldn't be cleaned until then). The owner was understanding of our itinerary and also gave us a second key for our room upon request.

There was no water bottles or water service BUT tahoe tap is some of the best so we just filled from the sink. This was not an issue and for this reason doesn't need to be fixed. But maybe in a different location other than Tahoe this would be a problem.

The hotel property was well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff was exceptionally accommodating, ensuring that everything was thoroughly cleaned and prepared for our return each day. I would certainly consider staying at this hotel again, as my overall experience was highly positive.

I found the front desk personnel lacking in warmth and hospitality. A more welcoming approach would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Old hotel but remodeled and new carpet you can tell they try really hard to keep it up to date . Great water pressure in shower. Clean smelled good. Fridge and microwave too .Property was clean kept nice. Great price ! Amazing location close to all kinds of things especially the bakery with the flaky pastries and great jalapeno bread. The hotel staff are very nice people .

The downstairs rooms were already booked lol .

Very very clean. Nice decor. Management was accommodating (I requested a ground floor room because I'm riding my bicycle across country, needed it to be in my room and didn't want to have to lug it up & down staircase. There are No elevators) Also, easy on/off main road in South Lake Tahoe- lots of restaurants & anything else you might need.

Great location in an ideal spot in South Lake Tahoe. Lodge is close to saveral restaurants, grocery and convenience stores. Reasonably priced lodging. Clean facilities.

May not have all the bells and whistles that we would like in a lodging, but for the price we paid we believe it is reasonable and fairly priced.

Cleanliness in the room was above par from other establishments at similar rates. Was welcomed to a warm, clean, well-kept room. The staff was friendly and the location is prime.

Street Noice. The location is right on the street and the walls are thin. If the Air Condition in your room is turned off it is little hard to sleep.

What i did like was the Location, it was very clean, bed was very comfortable. The temperature outside was very cold, 29 F. But inside was very warm, heater worked very well. We had a snowstorm Which dropped over 4 feet of snow And we were very comfortable and warm..

What I didn't like, Is that the hotel does not offer hot Breakfast food. But there are several Affordable restaurants in the area to choose from.

The lodge was located close to the lake and so many other places including the Heavenly gondola. There are plenty of nice restaurants around the lodge. There was also a front yard near the parking lot with some nice tables and benches ,where the children had some fun making snowman .

We were greeted with a warm welcome from Robbie who also checked us in. The staff was very helpful and actually cares about your comfort and needs. Very clean and the location is the beat! The lake is only steps away along with almost every shop you could think of. If you go up the street around the corner, there is a cute little bagel shop along with other small businesses and the casinos are right up the street! Thank You for such a lovey peaceful stay!
