We had such a wonderful stay! It's a truly lovely spot, conveniently located near our favorite Pope Beach. We especially appreciated how well-equipped, super clean, and comfortable everything was. It was so peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed having breakfast outside under the pines at the dining table in the common area. All of this was available at a very affordable price per night, which was a great bonus. We were also very impressed with your team. The operator was incredibly kind, had perfect language skills, and responded quickly to our needs. The check-in and check-out instructions were exceptionally well-organized, functional, and informative without being overwhelming. The entire personnel was super friendly and nice. If we could, we would give you 10 stars! Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Checkin was mobile and super easy and well-explained by text, the room was clean, well-stocked with necessary amenities, and the bed was super comfy (firm memory foam). You can tell this place is not new, but everything was in working order and anything old worked perfectly. Tahoe in January is cold, and the room stayed nice and toasty with the heater. The decor was rustic but clean, parking was super easy and plentiful (it helped that there weren't many other people staying there on that weekend. The kitchenette had a small stove and oven, sink, microwave, mini fridge, and had all the needed utensils and cleaning supplies. it would be easy to comfortably stay here at length. Super close to great food, shopping, fun, but was quiet and had great views/scenery.

I would have loved a little more room in the shower, but I'm not mad at it. The hot water never ran out! The tiny feedback I had for the room was received well in our text exchange, and I trust that it will be corrected for the next lodger.

Being able to park right in front of your room.

There wasn’t an office on site. There was text communication, which was fairly good and they were very accommodating when we needed the coffee pot replaced. However, it wasn’t communicated that the code was going to be emailed to me. So while waiting for a text for 45 minutes I happened to look at emails and discovered that one was sent with all the information we needed. It would have been helpful if they would have texted that the information would be in an email.

Location is away from the casinos, which we prefer. Hotel is an older(60s/70s?) hotel with some rustic character. Room was clean. Lighting could have been better. Quiet, even though hotel is on highway 89. A stove and oven were available in addition to a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot; we did not use them as we were away from the room most of the time visiting family.

There was a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee available. There was a light on one side of the bed only. It would be helpful for reading if there were lights on each side of bed or above the bed on the wall.

It was a very cozy place to stay. I surprised my wife with this vacation and she absolutely loved the place. She thought it was very cute and had a cabin-like vibe to it.

Everything was great except for the mattress. It was a little harder than we’re used to, but we were still able to get some sleep.

The room was adorable and cozy feeling. Location was quieter then other locations in SLT and close to or on the way to many destinations! Saw a bear the first night in the parking lot!

The bathroom was a little outdated, the bed was noisy, and wish there was a smart TV in the room.

The room was very clean . Nicely decorated. There were enough towels and bedding.

Arrived after dark and driveway was hard to find. Had a little trouble with lock box. The furnace seemed to stay at one temperature even tho it was comfortable. The bed springs squeaked. Window in kitchenette could have used a curtain.

Great location close to camp Richardson and the high school. Perfect for our son’s football camp. Great room size for a couple and kitchen with microwave/small fridge came in handy. Bed was super comfy as well.

No A/C caught us off guard but that was our fault for not ready the full room descriptions

The property has a rustic look and feel. The space is very open and the units are single story which is a plus.

There’s nothing I did not like about the property. Could have maybe used a bit of cleanup outside at the time but, nothing that would make it an unpleasant stay or a deal breaker.
