The location was fabulous close to everything but not so close that you had to deal with traffic. Our room was very clean and updated and I absolutely love the valet parking.

The only thing I didn’t like was, every time you come and go during the day there’s a concierge that is continuously trying to sell you on going to a timeshare or signing up for a timeshare even if you make it painfully obvious that you’re not interested so it was very annoying having to pass by him all the time and he would regularly ask if we were interested. I don’t like having someone being so pushy. At one point, he even tried to get my son’s to sign up and they’re minors, granted they look like adults but still it was just so annoying.

Everything was great food, accommodations, hot tub etc

the valet staff was a little aggressive in getting the car moved which led to no time to think, about what you needed to get out of the car which caused items to be left in the car and another trip to retrieve. This happened on my 2023 trip too.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Free valet was included and the car was always retrieved super quickly. The room was really nice , the bed was comfortable & I liked how environmentally friendly the bathroom amenities were. I really liked the location -- being off the main drag was quiet and peaceful and it was a short drive to get everywhere. Not really super close walking distance to the action, but we didn't need/want that. Also, a very good deal!

Nothing to complain about, but noticed there weren't as many TV channels as there usually are at a hotel.

The staff are great, especially Abigail. She came over and addressed our concerns when we first arrived. I enjoyed the steam room and sauna. It was relaxing after a long day of hiking.The room is very spacious and nice.

The pool and jacuzzi had lots of insects, not sure if it is the flying ants. The vent in the room do needs cleaning because I can see lots of dust inside the vents. Every time I turned on the heater, it caused me to cough. I ended up not using for the last two days when I saw how dirty the vent was. My cough is still lingering from the dirty vents. I do enjoyed the steam room and sauna. The steam room broke down on my last night there.

Awesome location, love the free parking, great value for what we got, everyone was very kind,helpful and friendly, very clean and updated rooms, spacious, super relaxed, feeling. pretty much a perfect stay, we would love to go back!

Just a couple of cons… Pillows were a little too thick, would have liked some softer pillows. Water pressure is challenging. Probably because it’s on the side of a mountain and it’s hard to get the water there.

Service was exceptional! We booked a joint suites for a group of friends and work perfect! Bedroom was a perfect size and confortable sofa bed.Big bathroom and the refrigerator and microwave was a plus !

The room Coffee makers need to get updated!

Rook was lovely but the bed / pillows were not the most comfy I've slept in but they were OK. Set back up a hill behind the main town and to be fair the hotel has a free shuttle service , the fact we had an issue with our phones and couldn't get the app was on us not the hotel. Nice walk down to the town but wouldn't want to walk back up!! Would defineteky recommend and stay again

Overall hotel stay was very good and pleasant. I think they could pay more attention to environmental and sustainabilty issues, however. The Reception area has 2 huge gas log fires constantly burning, when it was over 100degF outside!! The rooms also provided a large amount of disposable plates and cutlery, which seemed wasteful. They cannot be oblivious to the risk of global warming affecting their main business, the winter ski season. They are contributing to their own demise! I think a lot of guests would respect the fires being turned off!

Great location with a short walk to the Heavenly tram. Parking was valet only which I usually hate, but the service there was very quick.

Service was otherwise meh. The staff talked me out of getting my room cleaned. When we ran out of body wash, just left a canister in the room instead of replacing it ( it took a bit to figure it out). There was a dusting of snow the first night, nobody salted the driveway which is sloped and I slipped and fell. It would be nice if they had a restaurant there as nothing is nearby. We went to Safeway and bought items to be microwaved, and the had a coffee maker in the room.

This property is amazing if your skiing because it is so close to the lift. It is about a 5 min car ride to the main strip in town. No food or shopping near the hotel but the room made up for it. The cozy fireplace and small kitchen was amazing.

I did not like that it was mandatory valet, my boyfriend wanted to park his own truck and it made it slightly inconvenient to grab things out of the truck or go somewhere real quick.
