The pool staff was super cool but i cannot say the same about the entrance staff. Sergaud, Thais and Wesner (pool staff) were amazing. They made sure my family and I spent a great time.

The entrance staff charged me 4 times for the valet parking when i was supposed to be charged twice. I had to literally fight with them to show them I was right! The lady was talking to me in a very condescending way too and did not even understand basic math. Other than this, the rest of the stay was perfect

food, and Antoine at the bar was terrific

On checking in and using my ussa card for room charges, someone in the staff charged $400. dollars on my ussa card. and when I left, there was another $87.74 charge, also a charge of $161.04 was charged on May 10. I have deputed these charges with my credit card company, The bill for charges to my room was correct. Someone on staff used my card for personal items.

Good location and welcoming entrance, friendly staff valet and poolside very helpful

Elevator extremely unreliable, de-elevating to lower levels was not happening. Luckily the way up was a sure shot, don’t mind waiting, open spacious area with couches and fresh water with lemon.

No one told us before booking that the building right next door to our sixth floor balcony room was under construction ! THe banging and pounding to the outside of the building was very very loud and disturbing! Could not use the balcony at all due to the noise! Which we paid EXTRA for! Very disappointing!

We stayed in a Two Queen Bedroom with Balcony with partial ocean view and it was amazing! the balcony is super big and with breathtaking view (pool and ocean). The staff was amazing, special shout-out to Roxanna& Sandraay the front desk, Claire at Allison’s and LUCKY! Definitely get Breakfast included, it’s worth it! The hotel had everything we wanted!

As we were getting to know the hotel, we would’ve liked the 3rd floor pool to have a towel stand as well. We didn’t like going up and down just to get and return towels. Also, we would’ve like more restaurants in the hotel, but still delicious food and helpful people! One more thing, our room phone wasn’t working, we had to call from our cell phones to contact front desk.

The access to the beach was great, convenience of having the Hotel sun beds They threw in a 2 hour cycle hire , that was fun on the beach touching avenue

Not a lot of choices of places to step out and walk and eat , no interesting bars and restaurants in the vicinity The In House restaurant has very limited choice and was actually disappointing Really small pool For some reason they keep the common areas , lobby, corridors etc at some ridiculous low temperature, the whole indoors was freezing!! The staff was working with winter fleece jackets on !!! We had a balcony sea facing , but could hardly use it, as the privacy quotient is really low, just a badly designed Hotel We could not get wifi in the rooms or the lobby and the staff could not really figure out why, even the cell phone signal was bad in the rooms so could not connect to data there too.

The hotel is located directly on the sandy beach - Miami Beach, which was the reason for our booking. The accessibility is really very easy, we were there with a rental car - and took the valet parking as an option - which also worked very well. Check-in was smooth and standard. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel as such is a bit aging and could use renovations here and there. The rooms were appropriate for the age of the hotel, but the beds are very good. Since the hotel is located on the beach, access is available where the hotel also provides sunbeds and beach towels - works very well. The hotel also has its own outdoor pool - this is proportionally very small, and very quickly overpopulated. We had two rooms, one with a view of the sea - wonderful, the other unfortunately directly into the neighbouring building - but with the tight construction in Miami Beach is somewhat without alternative here. The hotel fits into the Art Deco view of Miami Beach - for a short vacation an absolute good option.

I have stayed here many times, this was one of my favorite rooms (corner view, quiet side). Beach, hot tub, staff, and rooms was great and easy to access. Love the DJ on the weekends. The barista in the coffee shop is a gem and makes a great colada. Love this hotel and look forward to my return!

The overhead music is a little loud and I would enjoy more variety. For example, a little French jazz in the afternoon, or something a little more mellow during the week and later at night.

Close to beach and had two pools. Walking trails right outside back. Close proximity to south beach but a little quieter.

Cost to valet/ limited parking. Paddle boards were out of commission.

I can’t find just one thing we liked, we were very pleased with everything about this hotel.
