Friendly staff, plenty of outlets in bathroom and room itself and clean!

Sheets that fit the bed better and making sure the door opens without having to slam your shoulder into it. Upon check out I did mention this and the young lady said it was on their maintenance list to do. I would also highly recommend for room 131 which I forgot to mention, someone needs to do a good check of the ceiling in the bedroom area.

Excellent location, close by beach and walking distance to Publix. Large room with small kitchenette very convenient! There are a few restaurants nearby too.

The tube light bulb above the kitchen counter was not there when I checked in. It was never replaced despite several requests. The room air conditioner blew musty stale air into the room that made me sneeze. I had to open the window to get fresh air. The breakfast was fairly basic. The hotel side entrance had a dirty floor and rug that remained dirty and stained all week. The door key insert was loose on the wall next to the entry door.

Comfort and simplicity. The location was ideal, just in front of the beach. The staff was also nice and friendly.

The location was great! You could park your car and walk to the beach, the pier and various restaurants. Plus, there is even a Publix right across the street for essentials. The free breakfast was also a plus, many options! They had a very nice pool, small gym and even bikes you could borrow.

The elevator is a bit noisy, needs service.

Liked that rooms where clean , beach is just a walk away . Hated that I didn't get what I booked . I reserved a king room with balcony a month in advance and when I got there I got a standard king room no balcony no beach view! They have breakfast but not enough seating area and staff don't keep it stocked . If your not there to eat at 6am then good luck getting anything to eat or a place to sit.

Overall needs just a little improvement on breakfast and paying attention to what people reserve online and be sure to give the right room as reserved

only MINIMAL complaint would be the breakfast. Everything was fresh, clean and convenient. However it was very limited compared to other hotels complimentary breakfast . Our son is a picky eater so limited options was not ideal. We did enjoy the breakfast ourselves but again it was limited and our son ate cereal

Breakfast was wonderful. The area was extremely walkable and had everything that was needed within a few blocks. Every single staff member that we came in contact with was wonderful!

The only thing that was wrong with the property was that it was under construction, so some of the exits and the elevator didn’t work for several hours . I am sure the updates will be wonderful and they made up for it by not making us pay for parking!

The city connivence of the beach right out the door, less walking, quietness no traffic, great weather. Breakfast was ok, hosted at breakfast was not friendly or accommodating at all. As I was getting breakfast she started pulling the items. They had the same thing the entire stay. Most Hamptons change up the menus daily. No oatmeal or grits.

We stayed in Room 225 this visit. The location of the property is great, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is yummy! Edith is a gem! We come back to see her because she makes you feel like family and puts out the best breakfast with the best smile and conversation! Our room was clean. The parking was ample.

The bathroom needed some minor repairs (a tile missing near the bottom of the wall and the toilet was shaky/rickety and made a loud clanging sound when someone sat on it), but it was clean. It would be nice if there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Maybe in the future.

Well maintained- spacious room. Staff friendly and welcoming - especially a young man named Cameron at the desk. Breakfast was wonderful. Fitness center was nice. I liked that they offered beach chair rental for the entire stay.

The elevator was scary. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a stairwell in the middle of the property as well as the sides. The bed was creaky sagged a bit on one side.
