Your hotel is beautiful! The rooms were clean and although we arrived over an hour early, there was no problem getting us checked in. Our stay was exceptional and your staff is really excellent, I was thoroughly impressed!

I only wanted to mention one thing with respect to accessibility. I am in a wheelchair and booked your handicap room. Everything was great except for the height of the bed. For someone with little to no leg strength, the lower than normal beds make transferring from the bed back to the wheelchair almost impossible.

Truly lovely hotel with a lot of luxurious touches. Nicely decorated and aromatic rooms with a view to the pool. Very central location in pretty Ybor City, Tampas. Eye for detail.

From a high-class hotel (with high-class prices), some extras could have been expected. As such, there was no real breakfast service but only an expensive cafetaria with few options and no table service. Moreover, the rooms are pretty but are inconveniently equipped with bathroom doors that can't close entirely. Most annoyingly, everything more than the room is to be paid for: no free water or coffee in the rooms, whereas the rest of Florida's hotels (and even motels) offer this. There is a seriously overpriced minibar in each room, though. In the same vein, valet parking service is extremely overpriced for the area. Last, staff should proactively warn guests about the risks of the area: a lot of homeless people in the streets etc. Beautiful hotel located in an area in decline.

Hotel Haya is a superb boutique little gem hidden among the Mega-giganto complex of Florida hotels. We particularly loved the styling and artwork throughout the hotel. (Viva "Ignacio", the local lobby rooster!) My husband and I met my brother and his wife for a family get-together and the Haya was such an excellent choice: lovely Cubano-style center courtyard and pool area, delicious Fino restaurant with excellent service (from Ms. Bri ;-)), and the local community cafe attached serves a sweet Cubano-oriented breakfast (complimentary coffee for guests). A great feature is that you can easily hop on the free trolley car to get into the Tampa Riverwalk area and aquarium. If you're a runner like me, you'll love explore-running through Ybor City and learning about the cigar factory and immigrant history. (I had no idea Jose Marti (the famous poet) launched the independence of Cuba from Spain here!) Also, I want to come back for the private dining room experience, where you apparently can get a Suckling Pig Feast for your fam and friends. Yes, please. Net net: My husband and I travel extensively throughout the world (90% of 2022). If you want a quiet, stylish, hip hotel in Tampa area -- this is it. In fact, I'd give it close to a Relais & Chateaux rating...except the concierges that I consulted with on getting into a local cigar factory tour were not quite up to speed on the situation to help us. (There's only one factory remaining [JC Newman] that offers a tour of the total 200 cigar factories that existed in Ybor City. Spaces fill up fast!) I

Well appointed room and very helpful staff, especially on reception. Nice cafe within hotel. Location good as the streetcar stop is a couple of minutes walk away on 8th avenue which travels to downtown Tampa and along Channelside Drive where there are stops for the Aquarium, Sparkman Wharf and river walkway. There are also a lot of places to eat and drink.

Our room overlooking 7th avenue was a bit noisy but everything did quieten down at night.

The food and services at Flor Fina, located on the ground floor of the hotel, is excellent. We ended up having both dinner and breakfast there. Staff at the front desk staff and valet were all friendly and very helpful. The hotel provided a nice surprise for our anniversary: a bottle of champagne with dessert. We were on the fourth floor facing the courtyard. It was very quiet. Bed is comfortable. Room is clean.

Shower head has low pressure. No coffee machine in the room.

It was a solid 3-4 star hotel. I got what I paid for. the room was clean, the staff stayed out of sight for the most part, nothing spectacular but clean and the location was in the middle of Ybor City activities.

No food other than the minibar which didn't have a great selection for protein like nuts, granola etc. All it had was chips, candy and beef jerky. Also there was an open drink in our fridge.

This was my second stay, and I had another great experience. The rooms are great, the pool is great, the restaurant has good food, and the coffee shop is also...great. I recommend this place if you are in Tampa for business (I stay here even though its not close to my work engagements) or if you are in Tampa for vacation.

Any issues that I had were resolved. I had another great stay at Hotel Haya and hope to have future work in Tampa so I can enjoy the food and pool.

Loved the decoration, the cleanliness and the bathroom products. Also customer service was wonderful.

Only thing I noticed was that the white towels were somewhat stained with some faint spots. Also the shower curtain had some moldy spots - this definitely make me feel a little icky, along with some dripping of the shower head.

The property was beautiful and the staff was very nice. We received a pleasant surprise for our anniversary. The restaurant was fantastic.

-there were issues with the thermostat in the room which took a bit of time to fix -there was a glitch with the reservation system resulting in several emails prior to our stay that our reservation was adjusted and once an additional fee was charged that was reimbursed.

Location to Pride festivities was on point. Loved the fact they allowed a per check-in, early valet parking and held our bags until actual check in time. Our room was clean and Loved the special touch of our name on the T.V Screen.

Honestly, the fact that our room was on the opposite side of the hotel, so the walk from the elevator was a bit long. Nothing that can be fixed, so we just laughed and adjusted.
