Great room. Big/ full kitchen. Comfortable. Breakfast great.

Horrible street noise from 19th floor. Thankfully not on lower level. Requested clean sheets/ towels 3rd day. Ignored. Had to call twice, finally got clean towels. $50.00/ day parking ridiculous.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. The view of the city was amazing!

The price of parking was misrepresented online, overnight it's $36 and valet is $50. I parked on the other side of the hospital because I was expecting parking to be around $20 for self park. Also the pool is outdoors and closed for the season. Online it is advertised an indoor pool but it is not. I would have stayed somewhere else bc that was a major factor for my selection. And the balcony access on the suites were deadbolted so we couldn't go out there either.

The property was amazing restaurant onsite Coffee shop and convenience store all available. I didn’t like that you had to pay for parking 20 minute parking was 2 dollars and 2 dollars each additional minute. 18 dollars for less than 12 and 36 dollars for 12 plus hour. So if you need to leave the fees would be absolutely ridiculous

My room was really nice the bathroom had a little issue though, there was bad cracking near base board and peeling in bathroom, the tub also had issues draining effectively

The room was very nice and large. The bed was comfortable. The security measures was excellent.

Furniture was kind of dated. Housekeeping never came to my room.

The main lobby was very accommodating, valet parking

The room was a great size with kitchen but the microwave did not work so they add a small one that still didn’t work. Ceiling was chipping from old water damage and some black mold. The bathroom has no fan so the bathroom door was not a solid door it had slights, which led to no privacy. Didn’t want to walk barefoot at all because the rugs felt sticky.

It was a pleasant stay, and granted my accommodations questions as well.

VALET IS $50 a day which is not explained or told when booking. Also it could take 30-hour before valet brings you your car. The number that’s on the valet ticket they never answer. Which was inconvenient because it made us late to multiple of our appointments.

The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options, My family of six all found something they enjoyed for breakfast, That is a huge win. The room we stayed in was comfortable and work well for all six of us. It also was very close to Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola.

The main problem for this stay was the wait for the elevators. I found out that the night we stay that only two of the four elevators were working. The only other problem was the self parking price if you left and you want to tour around by car you have to pay again to park.

Breakfast could use a few more items. The security guard was the best ,showed us a beautiful view so we could take photos never been in a big city!.

Having to pay for parking $36.00 Was told free wine didn't receive, got the free chips(hard) couldn't eat. Small winers wrapped in something.loved it

Was very disappointed that we had to eat breakfast in a different area than the other crowne Hotel guest that stayed in the same hotel . Also, I had to call up front a few times for bath towels and toilet paper . To the point where I bought my own at a local retail store.

The room scenery inside and from our window was beautiful. Staff was checking in so made us feel more welcomed. There was nothing out of place.

I don't know how I felt about the 2 different hotels combines into 1. It made it kind of cramped during people's check ins.
