Room 531. It was amazing! Super clean. The atrium absolutly gorgeous!!! We had no idea when we booked they do a free bar between 4 and 5:30. the bartender Brad was amazing and gave us a wide variety of drink options. this is in a great location and we only had to get the car out one day we were there to go to the beach other then that its in the middle of everything. Also Valet was on point with everything very friendly, super helpful and gave us good recommendations of places to go when we were there.

we loved everything there was nothing that was disappointing.

We loved it all!!!!!! Valet! Location on the river with a room with a balcony to enjoy the river! The bed was super comfy too! Bradley went way beyond making our stay special (my husband's 71st BIRTHDAY celebration)...he sent us champagne and balloons and just made sure we were completely happy. Everyone at the front desk was terrific. Bootleggers in the hotel was amazing! OK, so their SPEAK EASY bar is way fun...too fun. They have a gun that makes bubbles that they place on your cocktail and then they pop it and it smells like raspberries! Everything was heavenly. We will stay there again and again. THANK YOU.

Nothing.

We loved our King Riverside View Room. King size bed was very comfortable. We had 2 windows in our room. One facing the river and the other faced east down River St and also had a view of the river. We enjoyed watching the ships(especially the massive cargo ships) pass by in both directions and also checking out the action on River St. The room was clean upon arrival. Bathroom was clean and suited our needs. The location is great. The hotel sits between E Bay St and River St. A central location that is not far from the majority of the Historic District. There are a lot of restaurants and shops near by. Public transportation (the dot is free) is close by and can take you to the further areas such as the south end of the Historic District and Forsyth Park. From the front desk to the cleaners to the valet guys(shout out to Brice!), all staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I suggest asking them for a few commendations on close by bars/restaurants to have to fall back on. We did not and it could have saved us some walking.

Pillows could have been better(hotel pillows are rarely great) but the comfy bed definitely made up for them. Bathroom sink would get backed up when we used it. Not really an issue or we would have let the front desk know. Had no issues with the shower.

The location is beautiful and the hotel itself is very impressive. Set up amazingly, it is quaint and scenic. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. We went to get engaged and they had champagne set up in our room per my request which was really nice. Christmas parade from the balcony was great. Overall a very nice stay.

Unfortunately, we didn't have hot water for two days. Reported both times to the staff who said they would speak to a manager (since I could never get one on duty) and that they would get back to me, who never reached out so we took cold/lookwarm showers. I'm sure it was a one time thing and they said they were having it looked at but nobody ever followed up. Had this not been a weekend that was important with high end dinners, I could have cared less but the staff telling me someone would follow up and then not was a little disappointing. Took a little away from the weekend but overall not the hotel. Also, this is a port city and right on the water, so there will be some middle of the night fog horns. Charming for me, jolting for the fiance.

We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the river. The views of the river were fantastic! The location was perfect! There is a trolly stop directly in front of the hotel along with multiple restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Tiffany at the front desk was very nice and did a wonderful job of helping us.

The location was amazing and a great place to see all the sights right outside the inn. We enjoyed walking around and soaking in the Savannah history. The inside of the inn was clean and smelled amazing!! We loved the architecture and decor. The room design was nice and the aesthetic pleasing.

We were right over the bar downstairs and there was music until 11pm. Parking was a bit of a hassle. We ended parking at a parking garage a block away.

Great location and great staff. My room wasn't ready by check in time and the front desk made it right with an appropriate discount. They have a happy hour or I think they call it a managers reception with drinks and snacks and it was great. The location on River Street was perfect for walking anywhere in Savanah. It's a beautiful historic building. One night there was a fireworks show from a boat in the river that I could see from my balcony. The views from my room where great and the property was absolutely gorgeous!

Parking here is a nightmare. If you can find public parking just park there instead of valet, because it's way cheaper.

I had a river view. I saw cargo ships pass along the river. The shops , restaurants excellent locations. I was located on the 3rd floor and the view was great. I traveled from St Petersburg Florida and will reside at River Street Inn again. Customer was the BEST!

Next time I'll same more for parking. Being new to the city valet was reliable but costly but affordable. No microwave in the room but survived.

My room opened to the river, it was beautiful. The room and the hotel appeared to take the restoration seriously. The staff at the front desk were wonderful - both checking in and checking out. Also, my meal at the Broken Keel was excellent. Shrimp tacos.

We went to lunch after checking out on the riverfront and we were not able to get back into the building without a key
