The lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful as well when we realized that a few of the essentials were not in the room ( shampoo, conditioner and directions to turn on the Jacuzzi jets). The bed was comfortable and the room was very roomy. The room could use a little extra cleaning in the nooks and crannies( especially the bathroom), the jets of the Jacuzzi, the mirrors above the Jacuzzi tubs and the furniture (corner chair). Just small things honestly because overall it was enjoyable and a great night we had together. The breakfast was something to be desired as well. Simple eggs, sausage or biscuits and gravy along with the waffles instead of the pastries maybe. Just my two cents. The lady that checked us in also was in charge of breakfast and she was ON.TOP.OF.THINGS!!!! She was again kind, helpful and very good at her job. Overall, we may be back.

With newly updated rooms, it was very welcoming! The placement of the lamps along with the two bedside lamps, I was set the room lightening to my mood.

The elevator gave me great concern. The squeaking and knocking that occurs when it is taking you up and down at very very slow pace caused me a lot of anxiety because I'm a newly amputated- prosthetic user, I felt at a loss as pertain to me being able to in case ......

Breakfast was good but would have liked a bit more variety over waffles. Location was a bit sketchy at first but once in never once felt like I'd lose anything or be barated by other members staff was FANTASTIC!!!!!! SUPER nice and professional 100% satisfaction

Could have had the fitness center like it was prompted. Having more variety in breakfast options (ie bagels and cream cheese) fix elevator

The staff was very helpful. The staff that we had at the front desk was very polite and very nice. Our room was bigger than said on the booking. The king size bed was so comfortable. Security guards is very nice and polite. We left early in the morning and the security guard held the door for us..

I didn’t like the location. Didn’t have a couch in the room.

The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel is right off the interstate, which made it very easy to get from place to place. The beds were very comfortable. To my surprise, the room was very large. The room was also very clean.

The room was handicap accessible which is what we needed. The room was great except for the bed. The bed was way to tall for someone in a wheelchair to get into .so I had to move the bed onto the floor for him. We didn't get any breakfast so I don't know what it was like.

It was perfect for the occasion and very close to where I was going which was the cardinals opening game day. I'd stay again. Receptionist was very very nice Miss Nancy. Also the guy that I checked out with was great as well. I'm def going back to stay when I go to any other cardinals games.

Mr. Neal and Mitchell were amazing staff. Specially they are so much resourceful and made my experience a memorable

Property is good but it’s only the location is very isolated in an industrial zone.

The staff when checking in was amazing. She was so kind and helpful. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciated her kindness. It really meant a lot.

The overnight female staff was rude. When asked for evmxtera blankets, she replied, "That's not my job. That's housekeepings job."

We didn’t have breakfast by the time we got there it was all gone but the room was nice and clean

At the end of our visit we saw a huge cacaroche and that was scary and breakfast wasn’t enough and it’s a small room and we couldn’t take it up to our room
