The bed and shower were absolutely fantastic. The location of the hotel is superb for a short walk to multiple eateries and even a movie theater. There is a sky bridge leading to the convention center and even to the event center parking garage. The hotel has a service with a shuttle bus that runs to and from the airport every 30 minutes, which is great for airway travel.

The room did not have a mini-fridge, which was a tad of a bummer when it came to beverages. The ice bucket becomes an unexpected friend.

We enjoyed the pool and fitness center. We also really liked the proximity to great food, shopping, and the airport. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The extra furniture in the room was convenient and useful.

It was very difficult to walk to everything, even through it seemed so close on the map. We had to order a ride-share to get around. We would have loved a hot tub in the pool area, and the pool area was in disrepair. The hotel bar and restaurant was a little pricey for their offerings, and the prices in the hotel store were outrageous and somewhat offensive. In the room, the shower was dated, and the accessable outlets on the light fixtures didn't work.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel and location to the Donald E Stephens Convention center along with parking on site nearby. The atmosphere was top class without feeling a push of bigotry upon yourself in everyone's presence.

Though the price was a little higher than I had desired, the main issues in my experience were no clarification of alcohol sales cut-off time and the price of parking. I can understand a bit due to location and the convenience aspect, but 35 a night verses 15 at a nearby parking garage does leave a bit of a sour taste in ones mouth (and wallet). Amenities I was genuinely let down by was a lack of even a microwave for the room and a tiny coffee maker that is good for a small mug at best. A bit surprising that with a 2-bed hotel room, they don't have a simple appliance like a microwave.

Bed was great.

Didn't pass brown bag test. I told breakfast lady, biscuits and gravy is not done, I stirred the cold stiff gravy and saw sad biscuits. She informed me I was wrong. Gave her the, uh huh. Children in hot tub, splashing. Water from pool in elevator deep, and got N_____, knocked, caught um, Excuse Mother wouldn't help. Desk wouldn't help Not happy.

We checked in, chose a room and used the room key through the app. It was nice to be able to go straight to our room w/out needing to stop at the desk since we had a late arrival. Location in proximity to airport it great.

Parking is a bit of a hike from the hotel, esp. for the cost. If you have a lot of bags, you should def drop them off at the lobby before you park.

We love the location of those property! One of our favorite things about staying here, is getting to watch the planes take off and land at O’Hare Airport. The pool is always fun… with a skyline view and skylights to help you feel like you’re soaking up the sun on those really nice days. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Loved this hotel! We typically stay at Hyatt and enjoyed the more laidback and relaxed feel of this hotel. Will definitely be staying here moving forward. Staff was much friendlier and facilities were more family friendly.

1. I wish there would have been a few inflatable closures available for sale in the convenience shop. Love when hotels offer that. 2. I didn’t notice any luggage scales like they have at the Hyatt, but might have missed it 3. LOVED the heated pool but it didn’t look like the towel area had been cleaned or replenished in a bit

They were very accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful with any questions I had.

The shuttle doesn’t operate on the schedule they say it does. It didn’t even show up when I arrived, I didn’t see it for over an hour even though the hotel said it was on its way and eventually I just ordered a Lyft. When I was going to the airport the front desk said it would be out front on the hour but it wasn’t there until 20-after. It’s also not labeled very clearly for the Hilton, it has a big M on it for the Marriott down the street since it services both hotels.

Great location, very comfortable, very good restaurant.

Nearly everything was great. One small negative only: the schedule of the airport shuttle is not always timely. One driver was wonderful but another was late, highly disrespectful and even arrogant. If I were his manager I would fire this fellow without delay.
