The room was nice but a bit outdated. The sports bar was great and the food was good. However, the coffee shop wasn't great. The service was slow and the oven wasn't working.

The coffee shop's service. The staff wasn't terribly friendly and mostly just stood around. Only one time did the valets open the door for us as we walked in. They would just stand there talking. The room also didn't have a microwave or refrigerator which was sort of difficult on a multi-day trip. That would have been nice to have. There also wasn't anything near the hotel so you had to Uber everywhere to get food.

Room was spotless, casino was perfect for what I was looking for.

the attitude of the valet guys was trash (we decided to park ourselves instead), and outside of a creepy fellow stalking my wife and myself (at different times on 3 total occasions when we weren’t together), the stay was perfect.

Some of the staff were not very welcoming. Most were great except for one barmaid and one hotel desk clerk. They weren’t ugly just not welcoming.

The rooftop pool was by far the best part. Loved the convenience of the restaurants in the hotel. It was a nice room, my sister in law had a suite a few floors down that was HUGE and so pretty.

location. I only got to see the parking lot from my room. TV in the mirror was cool, but super fuzzy and hard to see. I asked for special accommodations for a romantic birthday. Booking.com emailed me and said the hotel had accepted my accommodations at no extra charge, however, nothing special was done.

The hotel is very comfortable, helpful staff, I loved that it has a PJ'S coffe stand inside, and with the restaurants and casino, you can have a good time without leaving the hotel.

I could have use a minifridge and maybe a microwave in the room, but not really an issue.

Great facilities. The Event Center is a perfect venue for smaller concerts.

I booked a king size bed. While checking in, I was asked why I was attending. I said for a concert, then the employees spoke to each other and mentioned a room change. Once I arrived in the room, I had 2 double beds. Not the king I booked and paid for.

The grounds were beautiful and the staff was really nice. Our room was very nice!!! I loved the TV in the bathroom mirror. The food at the sports bar was delicious.

Not enough signage coming in off the hwy to direct you to valet parking or regular parking.

Everything was perfect really, enjoyed the staff, .My room,the view..., I really enjoyed myself.

No microwave or fridge so I had to either eat all my food where I ate. or leave what I didn't eat at the table because I didn't have a way of warming anything up or keep my drinks cold.

The room was wonderful. The staff was great!

I called before booking to make sure there was room service being provided. They told me yes and gave me the restaurant’s that were included to select from. However, room service never answered their phone, and the text service never responded. I was informed since they were busy No Room Service. I had to get dressed and walk out the building to the other side, through the Casino to the back where the restaurant was located. Funny thing , I do not book at casinos to gamble. I just enjoy all of the restaurants and pool all in one without having to leave the hotel.
