Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast in Le Croissant was excellent. Waitstaff was great.

Hotel was very large. If one has an issue with walking it would be difficult. There was a parade that kept us from getting to this location for two hours - as we had our car and couldn't leave it - unlike a taxi where you could just get out and walk. Signs in the parking garage were confusing so it was difficult to park near the elevators as you couldn't tell where they were.even though there were signs that said elevators with an arrow.

The breakfast meals in the facility. The casino location. The security at the door. The view of the Mississppi River. The maid service in the cleaniness of my room. The valuables safe that was provided.

The Indian (Male) Assistant Manager lied to me about the refunding of a cash $ 50.00 deposit. Then when I inquired about it. He tried to escalate the situation with his girlfriend or female (Manager) after I was merely trying to tell him that he doesn't have to lie to his customers especially when they have history or paying cash. He and his girlfriend manager took a great big dump on one my best stays at the Riverside Hilton. I hope I don't have to encounter "Bonnie & Clyde" again. Thank you for your consideration.

The room was good but not the best quality for what you would expect for the Hilton and the price. The breakfast was buffet style and cost around 30US but was tasty. The location was perfect as were in town for a Saints game and walked to the Dome from there. The hotel is located within walking distance of the French Quarters as well…

The price was a bit much but was expected for such a perfect location in New Orleans and last minute booking

Loved most of the staff. Very polite. Place was very organized. Walking distance close to everything. Bourbon Street is about 6 blocks away. There is a small outlet mall where you can buy clothing and pick up fast foods. And if you are Cruising from New Orleans you can walk to the cruise port from this hotel. Its abt 3 long blocks away.

When I checked in my room was not ready. I was told that I would recieve a text message when my room was ready. The person that checked me in put in the wrong phone number. So I waited extra without a room. Luckily i went back up to the desk after 90 mins and was then given a room. That was my only dislike.

The rooms are nice and clean, well stocked. For the business of the weekend, the staff were friendly and did not appear overwhelmed...always a smile. Thanks to Eric for not allowing a customer to "cut in" as if I was invisible.

Actually, nothing really. Did not have a way to reheat leftovers from all the restaurants in the area. Would have liked that option. And of course, the price of the room but that was due to high demand and the weekend's events.

DRAGOS DRAGOS DRAGO! THE BAR THE BAAR THE BAR! The distance to everything was great! Although I flatiron had taken over everywhere, the price for the entire weekend wasn’t bad.

Although the facility is/was clean, the “musk” air freshener is awful, but bearable. Also, understandably we’re by the Mississippi River, but the water flow for the toilet (makes you go uh oh!) and shower are very low.

Clean tastefully decorated. comfortable bed access to shopping

Sorry to say that one bad apple spoils the barrel. We were treated as though asking questions during checking was too time consuming to bother with. A very bad start. On the other hand, a extremely polite staff member helped us find our way to shopping when we were trying to figure out a map.

The hotel was very clean and in a perfect location right next to the river . The staff were very pleasant. I would recommend anyone to stay there .

The hidden costs . The fact that there is only one restaurant to eat at which doesn't serve any breakfast. The fact that the store in the hotel wasn't open for very long throughout the day .

Very clean spacious rooms and if it get a city view its absolutely beautiful, great location with lots to do within walking distance of the hotel, Also plenty of restaurants with in walking distance. helpful friendly staff.

My only complaint would be the parking situation, you have to park in the parking garage and its about $45 for 24 hours. Seems like after paying so much for a room they could throw in at least one days free parking.

I loved how nice and neat and clean everything was. The staff was super nice! And very accommodating. The view was so amazing!

Well I thought that breakfast was free for our stay while we were there... we didn't know anything about a voucher, so we paid $105.00 for breakfast and we had no clue........ I didn't understand.
