Apartment was very clean, very good description of rooms. Parking on street was great!

Apartment should have more towels available for guests. Other than that great place.

Great accommodation for a trip to New Orleans, conveniently located at walking distance from the french quarter, with a little courtyard for chilling out, decently equiped common kitchen and a big plus, free parking on the street, with always available parking spots. If the room faces the street it might get a bit noisy during the night, but let's not forget that everybody is coming over to have a good time. The property itself is very quiet and well managed.

The location was great. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do, but far enough away not to be bothered with crowds. AC was cold, bed was comfortable. Street parking was available right out front.

Where our room was, you could hear all the comings and goings of the other patrons in and out and all of their conversations.

This is now my go-to location when staying in NOLA. It is conveniently close to the French Quarter on one side and borders a working class neighborhood on the other where I can find affordable eats where the locals frequent.
