Keanti and Lucian at reception absolutely made our stay! They were so friendly, helpful and fun. We loved getting to know them and getting locals knowledge on the area! We would return just to see them again!! The pool was great and was very relaxing, saved us in the Louisiana heat! The hotel is in a great location and it is very secure.

We arrived after a long journey on Amtrak from Memphis and received a very warm welcome from reception. All check in procedures were clearly explained, including holding $50 per room on our credit cards (unlike our previous hotel). Our rooms were small, especially shower room, but adequate. Breakfast was fine with some cooked and some porridge, waffles, various breads and fresh fruit salad. Lovely coffee as well. Well heated swimming pool with strong wrought iron furniture. The location in the French Quarter just across the road from Louis Armstrong park was great and a short walk to Bourbon Street. We had a really enjoyable stay here.

Great location for this hotel, close to everything in the French Quarter. The included breakfast had a good selection. The parking at the hotel was convenient as well, and not too expensive at $30 a day. I would stay here again.

We had such a great experience staying at the Best Western Landmark NOLA—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, the vibe was just right. A huge shoutout to Brunetta, Darlene, and Ty—they were absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful, and full of that Southern hospitality that makes you feel right at home. Every interaction was genuine, and you could tell they truly cared about our comfort and experience. We also want to give credit where it’s due: the maintenance crew, kitchen staff, and housekeeping team were just as incredible. Everything was clean, well-kept, and ran smoothly. The breakfast was always fresh, and the rooms were spotless. The courtyard is a total gem—peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a positive one. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location: in the French Quarter without being in the chaos of it. Good breakfast, nice small pool and outside quiet space. Room nice, big and clean.

Parking was listed at 20$ but it ended up being 25$ per night.

Perfect spot to discover New Orleans. Easy to find and easy to park your car, but the best part is the location - in the French quarters. Around three blocks from the infamous Bourbon Street, which is close enough to walk to there (and also to the jazz quarters, which is about 7 blocks away) but also far enough so you will not be disturbed by all the party going on there. We were positively surprised by the size of the room and the quality of the beds. The breakfast is ok for a hotel in this price range.

A healthier selection for breakfast would have been preferred. Should be easier to use your own devices on the TV (HDMI ports are available, but the TV remote has been changed to one without the possibility to change source = have to unplug the cable box).

The location was fantastic. On the edge of the French Quarter we could easily walk to all the attractions and restaurants. The hotel was very quaint and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but all we needed.

The wash basin was not in the bathroom it was located inside the bedroom which was a bit weird and inconvenient.

The location was perfect for every attraction we went to. The breakfast was good, the hotel was neat. The garage was very secure, especially since I drove from Houston down to New Orleans, and I wouldn't want my vehicle to be vandalized in the middle of the night.

I have to say that the AC was leaking water outside. Almost all of them were, but ours just would leak a puddle of water outside our door. I would hear staff sweeping the water away from inside, but it'll leak a puddle again. We did put a towel in the front of the door to keep the floors from getting wet. The second night of our stay, the power to our room went out. We called the front desk, and they told us that maintenance wasn't there and he would return the next morning, so they relocated us to another room for the night. It was annoying but they did resolve our problem.

Our families rooms were spacious enough for our sightseeing stay. Beds very comfortable and crisp clean linens, the extra pillows on bed were of assorted firmness and comfortable. Towels were white and fluffy or a standard weight. (Not at all stained or threadbare). Bathroom supplies were shower wall hung containers of a shampoo, a conditioner, and a body gel. Sink counter had bar hand soap, plus coffee pods and small coffee pod machine and set up. Also a hair blow dryer. Adequate amenities. A good sized Refrig in room. Microwave available for your use 24/7 downstairs off lobby. Buffet breakfast area and the set up area was clean and well stocked and serviced by hard working and friendly staff. The Foods offered were several from hot to cold foods, and fresh fruit, and were very adequate to start your day off. The Coffee(s) and Tea(s) Bar area / service offered complimentary was EXCELLENT. Parking garage was very convenient and gated at about $28 per day. Narrow lined spaces. Very tight on sides within your lined space, if your vehicle was large. Other non gated and wider parking offered near by. Reception desk personal were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Reception area 3 chairs need immediate disposal or reupholstering as very dirty. The one couch was OK. Pool was refreshing and clear water. Small area but still a nice offering.

Elevator broke on our day of arrival and remained out of order, as needing a part ordered. This happens, not hotels fault! A small employee used elevator was available for your use, if you desired. Stairway did have handrails, although they were sticky from humidity and use.

Location very good, being on the edge of the French quarter without any street noise. Front of house staff outstanding. Always polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a good selection. The staff at breakfast worked constantly and successfully to keep ahead of the demands made on the buffet. The pool/courtyard area is very pleasant and there is free coffee and tea available in the lobby all day. Very comfortable room.

Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent.
