Location

When I first arrived. Directions on two different apps brought me to the parking garage not the front of the building like the “texted” directions stated. When I called to get help cause I couldn’t get in the parking garage and still had both gps saying I was there… the woman who answered told to re-read my directions and had I read them right the first time I wouldn’t be in this situation then hung up on me. I had to re call and get someone else to help me from the parking garage. So yeah the girl working Friday at 3pm was very rude and was no help at all, im not a child and don’t expect to be talked to that way

Cute room with two bedrooms. Thought it was a kitchenette but really just a sink, microwave and mini-fridge but they supplied pots and pans to cook (??). Beds were comfy, a/c works great. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Located right outside but easy walking distance all over the French Quarter.

Staff only shows up at check-in time - other than that there is no one there. Had to request a TV remote (3 TV's but only 2 remotes) and hair dryer and extra towels (4 guests but only 2 towels supplied). Bathroom ceiling fan began leaking water in the middle night on the 2nd night of our stay - we did get a partial reimbursement but still a very strange inconvenience.

We liked the location. It was far enough off Burbon St. to be out of the crowds but just far enough. The property was very secure requiring a code or key fob to enter the lobby and then your room. The room was very clean and had brand new kitchen appliances. We arrived early and the host was very accommodating in getting us into our room early.

We didn’t realize that there wouldn’t be any staff at the lobby desk until noon each day. This wasn’t problematic and the host was very quick to respond via the booking app.

Excellent room quality and comfort. Bed was perfect with nice pillows and lovely sheets. Ample supplies in lobby. The AC worked wonderfully which was perfect for our July trip. Pool was clean. Elevator was a great convenience, although tiny. Ample storage space in all closets. Spacious room was very clean and nice to enjoy. Nice shower with good pressure. Secure parking and security guard walkabouts were appreciated.

Our room could have used a bigger couch or additional seating in the living room. More shelf/counter space near the bathroom sink would have been helpful. The location is really great, but the neighborhood feels somewhat unsafe at night. Thin walls means neighbors were heard, but they seemed to be loud regardless. None of these issues are deterrents for us to com back and stay again.

The Suites are not the Hotel, so don’t get confused when you book a room. The price was great and the rooms have been completely redone. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, so it was fine. If you are looking for a clean and updated efficiency- this is your spot. For luxury, pick a different spot.

I wish I hadn’t looked at the hotel and thought that was where we were staying. The hotel was a lot cooler! The suites were basic. No real complaints because the value was definitely good.

Great location! Very clean Only issue was toilet was not working first day but maintenance finally fixed it. Juan was prompt and very nice Clean accommodation and front desk was nice and helpful.

The rooms were excellent. Very comfortable. Having space to get together as a group was wonderful.

Our stay was 3 nights there was NO coffee pods available during our stay. 4 of the 6 of us were coffee drinkers that was a huge issue for us. We were only given 2 towels for our entire stay. There weren’t any more available ever even when we ask.

The location was perfect. The scenery was good. We walked to Bourbon st and it took us 10 minutes which wasn’t bad at all. The hop-on hop-off bus stop is directly in front as well as the ghost tour bus stop. There is a corner store next door named Keys thats has good food. I recommend going there during the day time when the two ladies are cooking.

The sofa was hard.

no coffee for coffee maker that only took a curtain kind of pouch so coffee maker was worthless and bedroom TV was horrible because streaming buffered more than it streamed. called and let someone know but problem never got solved.

I wish they had more mirrors .. we could not see our bodies a full size mirror would have been good it’s need more mirrors for the amount of rooms they have specially with women
