Beautiful area, the second floor has a balcony inside, the pool, coffee (and pastries) in the morning, nice hot water, and comfortable beds.

No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms, and the audio to the TV did not work - but we didn’t use it anyway.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. We appreciated the gated parking (note: it's an additional fee you have to pay for at check-in). The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to our destinations in the French Quarter and there is a streetcar stop nearby the hotel too if you don't want to walk.

There was not a lot of space in the room to put our luggage and no shelves in the bathroom to leave toiletry items, but the bedside tables were big so we put stuff on those. The staff cleaning rooms would drop their cleaning cart in front of our room at 8 AM and make a lot of noise rolling stuff around, preventing us from sleeping in.

Hubby and I stayed at The New Orleans Courtyard Hotel this past weekend in the Treme District—one of the oldest African American neighborhoods in New Orleans—and I absolutely loved it. The rich history of the area and the stunning architecture gave the entire experience a truly authentic and memorable feel. The hotel's courtyards were peaceful and beautifully maintained, offering a sense of privacy without ever feeling crowded. I especially loved the two pools—both were clean, easy to access, and surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant plants that added so much charm to the space. The staff at The New Orleans Courtyard Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also really appreciated the convenience of private parking in the back, which made exploring the French Quarter and nearby historic landmarks on foot so easy and enjoyable. Trolly rides easy to access and view the city, eateries everywhere near by. If you’re looking for a stay that combines comfort, history, and genuine New Orleans charm, I highly recommend The New Orleans Courtyard Hotel.

Excellent location within walking distance of the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The hotel is clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and pools. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to offer tips or assistance. We especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. A perfect place to stay for both relaxation and convenience!”

While the parking lot is conveniently located on the property, it’s not included in the reservation—so be prepared for an additional daily fee. It would be great if parking were included, but the convenience does add value

The courtyard was very cute! The room was direct access to the pool. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. I liked that the parking was gated. I thought being on a busy street in the French Quarter might be loud but it was very quiet. (It was 4th of July weekend and the Essence Fest was going on as well) Staff very friendly and helpful. It was a 15 minute walk to Cafe Du Monde. We would definitely stay there again.

Access from the parking lot into the hotel is not well guided. There are no signs directing you where to go in what looks like a staff entrance.

The staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. The location was pretty good but you did need to be able to walk. Close to trolley line and taxis available. Very comfortable bed and pillows, good sized room and hot shower. No breakfast available however fresh coffe and pastries were complimentary near reception which was very welcome. Area to sit outside in garden. Room was very clean.

The room although big was a little tired. A few of the cupboards/drawers etc had handles missing. The TV did not work, the first and second night quite cold and no extra bedding in room. Coffee maker initially did not work and had to request another which was done quickly. Only two Coffee bags supplied a day, although you could get more by going to reception. Swimming pool did not look clean or suitable for bathing. I did not see it cleaned in the ten days I was there.

The location was great. The building was authentic, and the staff was friendly.

Our room needed more furniture, there was no table or chairs to sit. It was a bed and a tv. There was outdoor seating in front of other rooms.

Beautifully renovated, this historic mansion was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, letting us check in early and safely stowed our luggage until we returned after we checked out.

Some of the staff are excellent. It is in a beautiful, historic mansion. It is a safe walk to the French quarter. The courtyard is peaceful and they have gated parking.

Some of the staff are below average. Ranging from rude to extremely rude. The room didn't feel very private. Our door did not reach the floor. The room did not have a dresser. The only storage for clothing is a small closet with 5 hangers. The room cleaning staff does not restock the coffee supplies.

Quaint little quiet place with friendly staff and good location, and parking available.

Could be a little better on the breakfast. It was pastries and coffee, in a very nice room. It would take very little to make this better, such as real milk or creamer for the coffee (not coffee mate) upgrade the pastries just a bit, and provide a water stand with filtered water and a hot option for making tea. A mini fridge in the rooms would also be a nice amenity!
