The staff are exceptional. The location is convenient to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The atmosphere made us feel we were definitely in the French Quarter rather than a hotel with no personality. We did have an issue with the air conditioner in our initial room, but the staff member on duty was accommodating and moved us to another room. Sadly, the TV didn’t work in the second room. Again, the staff member on duty went above and beyond to get it fixed. Even with the glitches, we really liked this place. We would definitely stay here again.

We were upstairs in 32. I’m 5’5 275, yes on the big side of things… so the stairs were narrow and steep for me and the shower was narrow. I had one leg out to wash fem parts lol…

Location was amazing, staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of local events and history. Room was really nice and cozy. Courtyard is a quiet and relaxing place to sit and talk. Young man at the front desk is a gem, gives safe man vibes and that's important for women travelers. I wish i remembered his name for a proper shoutout.

The location is amazing. Between the French quarter and the Music scene in Frenchmen street. Close it all, but not too close. The rooms were clean and convenient.

The room's noise insulation is not great. We where on the ground floor and could hear the guests in the room above us walking around. Lucky for us they woke up later than us. I guess that if you take rooms on the 2nd floor you wont have this problem.

The location was PRIMO! Just a short 5 minute walk to the gated parking lot and a short 10 minute walk to the "action on Bourbon Street". We loved coming back to our room as home-base during the trip. Paul was the guest services attendant and we talked with him a lot. He was so nice and knowledgeable. Paul and my boyfriend even had a mini jam session with Paul's guitar. It was a big highlight of our trip.

The sheets were comfortable, but we did notice black flakes or lint residue on the sheets when we arrived. We were able to knock them off the bed and that was the only negative comment we have about the hotel. Everything else was perfect. The shower, the bathroom amenities, the vibes, the aesthetic, and the LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

The environment of staying in the French quarter between Royal and Bourbon, and away from the noise was great. The king bedrooms were very spacious for two. Perfect fit if you’re needing somewhere to mainly sleep without any special amenities (Gym, Pool, Breakfast). The staff were very attentive, kind, and helpful. Short walk to French Market & St. Louise Cathedral.

There is no refrigerator or microwave so if you have any leftovers there is no where to store or warm up.

I liked that they had complimentary water and coffee. The staff and service were awesome. They really cared about our stay and all of the amenities were just as expected from the website description.

We were only approached about the room being cleaned and serviced once during our stay and only got our towels replenished once in our four days there. Aside from that, and that was not even enough to care about, everything was perfect.
