A good hotel - it offers a good price-to-quality ratio. Quite clean. The hotel offered everything I needed. Short distance to the Convention Center.

Weird people in the neighborhood. Not a safe neighborhood. Unfortunately, downtown Baltimore is not the best—a bit noisier in the neighborhood. Noisy room – I was able to hear noises from outside. From the hotel, when people from the room next to me close their doors. The fridge, AC, and some sort of sensor – all those items were quite noisy. I turned off the fridge and AC, but that small sensor was making squeaky noises.

The location is right downtown and makes finding the main attractions very easy. The room had a mini kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, all equipped, easy to prepare a meal there. A coffeemaker and tea/coffee were provided. The reception is staffed 24/7, very helpful and kind staff, which was very reassuring since I had to leave at 5am, and call Uber; There's also a tiny mini-market where you can get the most basic foodstuffs. The bed was very comfortable. The elevators are older but work perfectly.

I travelled from Penn Station, by Light Rail to Lexington Market Rail stop and walked to the hotel. Most of the route was fine but on sections of Fayette street there were some very decrepit looking individuals. Next time, I would use Uber to get to the hotel.

The location was great. We could walk to all the tourists spots! The water pressure was amazing but it hurt lol Dog friendly Large rooms Kitchen area Comfy bed

All the homeless outside the hotel and then the last night of the stay there was a homeless woman sleeping in the common area by the elevators on our floor. She didn't bother anyone and I'm happy she had a roof over her head for the night but at the same time, when you're paying money for a hotel in which you have to use the front entrance and your key to enter the lobby for safety reasons, then I expect not to see a homeless person sleeping on the 2nd floor.

Property is clean , front desk are excellent staff especially true lady very helpful forgot her name . Housekeeping attentive and on point . Cool gym to get a basic workout , comfortable bed omg. I love the suite so cute and cozy. Even when I had a small maintenance issue he came through and replaced my whole sink incinerator immediately. Love the location walking distance to the hospital where I’m working . I will definitely stay here if I extend my contract for work.

The staff was great. Tried to downgrade my room however made sure that I got the room that I booked after I said that I did not want a downgrade. Room was cleaned very well and looked amazing. So roomy and cozy! We came in and it was at a comfortable temperature too which I loved since it was cold. Kitchen was stocked with necessary items so we could cook breakfast. The lights in the bathroom was amazing too!

The blinds were broken so I couldn't raise or close them. Small TV that was harder for my partially blind partner to see from the distance where the bed was. Bathroom floor flooded rather easily due to the water (which had low pressure the entire time) spilling out of the shower. There was no sliding or opening doors, just a curtain I would expect to see in a tub/bathroom combo.

The room was very clean, very comfortable, and very nice. We liked the large windows and the view we had of the city.

The only thing we didn't like was the parking situation. It wasn't horrible, it just would've been good to know ahead of time that it was a garage we had to pay extra for, and that was also a walk to the hotel before we got there, instead of a free parking lot. We never saw anything about it, but it's possible we missed that. We realize there's nothing that can be done about it, and it definitely wouldn't stop us from staying there again, we just didn't see that information on booking.com ahead of time, and it would've been helpful to know our first time going there. Other than that no issues whatsoever. We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay there again if we should go back to the area.

The hotel was close to the concert hall, I appreciated that they allowed dogs, and it was just across the street from a park that we were able to take our dog to.

There was a ton of folks experiencing homelessness outside. Lots of folks strung out on some drugs, yelling, etc. I know to expect that of Baltimore, and it's of no fault of the hotel, but it's not exactly pleasant.

The staff was very courteous and prompt to take care of anything we needed. The location of the hotel was in a very convenient location. We were a short distance from the Inner Harbor, the bus stop was right across the street, and the subway station was right around the corner. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Cheap for one night stay, in early September anyway. Only about a 10 minute walk from the Inner Harbor. Absolutely love the full sized Dove soaps, lotions, and hair products! The fully equipped kitchen was helpful as well. Very comfortable king sized bed and lots of mirrors with great lighting.

No free breakfast No parking The toilet seat was broken There was a pile of dirty towels and socks in the corner of the closet No bathtub like I originally booked but the big shower was nice though it leaked at night so we had to keep the bathroom door shut to block the noise out Over all, nothing too major.

My apartment was on one of the higher floors, with windows to the east and south. It wasn't too small or too spacious as for 1 person. It had a really big comfy bed, and a well-planned bathroom and kitchen, fully equipped. It was also very clean. The TV and WiFi worked spot on. The staff were very nice and friendly. There was also triple door and a card reader for security reasons to enter the building. The downtown location is somewhat nice, but you need to walk a bit to the WTC and Inner Harbor, and some food places on the way. There is a well-supplied Street Market to the north, 5 minutes from the hotel, though. PS. I really recommend the Museum of Industry, but you might want to get an Uber to get there.

Compared to the pristinely cleaned apartment inside, the windows were very dirty. Although there were many families and children close to Inner Harbor, it did not feel safe/comfortable around the hotel's area, especially in the evening.
