The property was beautiful, the bellhop who help us both days with our car and bags was amazing. The lady at the front day checking us in was great and got our room ready fast since we arrived early. Was not expecting that. It was great service.

We ate at the property for breakfast and the food was not great. We sat down and order didn’t receive our food for a while. Other tables that came in way after we did receive their food before we did. Our food was cold and wrong. Our waitress never came back to the table to check on us, the waiter who delivered our food was doing everything while the others did nothing. He was great. But the food was definitely not worth the price I paid for it. Worst part of our trip.

Great location, good sized room. Kept very clean and smelt lovely. Lovely view over the water as well.

Rooms could do with more lights. The fridge either didn't work or was turned on which was annoying. Also needs more plugs there was a lamp on the table we could use as there was no where near the table to plug it in.

The view was breathtaking and the location was convenient to some of the best sites in the city. The room was beautifully decorated with nice furniture. The staff was friendly.

There was no refrigerator, but the furniture included an open space for one. We were given three tiny coffee pods for our in-room coffeemaker. I am not a coffee snob, but the coffee provided tasted horrible. We found no other centralized place within the hotel to get a real cup of coffee even at a price. That's a huge negative for us. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, which should not be the case based on the price of the room.

Nice hotel, really nice rooms, bathroom was decent, really nice view, service staff was nice, helpful and friendly. All in all it’s a nice hotel for sure.

Bathroom door and sconce in bathroom were broken. Prices were on par with other hotels in major cities price wise, and same as others there’s no free coffee in the morning. I get no free breakfast but $6 for a not great cup of coffee just annoying for a $700-$800 a night room. It’s a little irksome, but on par with what I’ve experienced in other hotels. They did have a nespresso machine in the rooms but just wanted a cup of coffee…

The staff were all great. Very friendly. High end. I lived that it was on the wharf and right where we wanted to visit. Walked everywhere from the hotel.

In my eyes the hotel was pricey for what I like to spend. Although we’ve never stayed in Boston, only the outskirts before, and I loved being in the center of Boston. Our room faced the street where you check and anyone out in the courtyard area people taking could be heard clear as day in our room. For the price I was hoping for less noise coming into the room at night but again we are paying for location.

We booked 2 rooms. The suite with the king bed was a great room, huge and comfortable. Larger than expected, which was a nice surprise as we had a lot of luggage and we could use the extra space to work. The room with 2 queens was also large and comfortable and had a very nice view of the water. The rooms overall were very nice.

In the king suite, it turned out we were too close to the elevator - we were literally right next to the elevator shaft. We heard it constantly. But once we turned on the room fan, it drowned out most of the elevator noise. The shower in the king suite was not good- really low water pressure and volume. Also, in the king room we had only a sliver of a water view and we would have liked to be on a higher floor because we were right across from the valet at the hotel and it got a little loud at times. But we still like the hotel a lot and would stay there again if we could get a higher floor and a better view.

Our family of 6 traveled to Boston to see one member off after the holiday. We usually stay at the airport and take a shuttle to dinner in the North End. We decided to stay at the BWH this year and walk to Bricco's for dinner. The location was perfect. Great view. The best thing about it was the staff. Every single one of them went above and beyond. We had three rooms. One of them had an issue with the air conditioning and the room would not go below 78. It was not able to be repaired and in short order, they moved my sons to a different room. I would highly recommend this hotel...the water taxi is right there, so it would be easy to access the airport from there.

Everything was perfect.

Fantastic waterfront location, with easy walking distance to Long Wharf and city attractions. The location is especially enjoyable as, once reached, you are in a sanctuary of peace and quiet, away from city noise, which can be very welcome after a long day out. We were treated to an upgrade, which I greatly appreciated, having made The Battery Wharf Hotel my no.1 choice of hotel on many previous trips.

No complaints whatsoever. The location and amenities provided all that we needed, and the friendly front-desk staff went above and beyond to make our trip to Boston as special as could be. We felt very welcome, and found everyone eager to help whenever we had questions.

Breakfast was perfect and our waiter was very friendly. We had some trouble checking in but they quickly turned it around. The North end was around the corner which made our trip even better. We love to walk the streets and indulge in the many Italian restaurants it has to offer. Faneuil Hall is walkable as well along with a stop at the famous Oyster House which turns 200 years old soon. There’s really nothing bad to be said about the area, if you love Boston you’ll love the Wharf! Thanks

All good nothing bad👍🏻
