This was one of the nicer 3 star hotels I have stayed at. The staff members are very friendly and helpful, they are always willing to help customers. The only amenity I took advantage of was the free breakfast, which was surprisingly great. The hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay in. I would definitely stay again!

The surrounding area isn’t very nice, especially in the plaza that is adjacent to the hotel.

The ease of getting checked in early. I had an early arrival of 10ish a.m., and I was able to get a room. I also had an issue with the first room the smell, and I was issued a better room with no problems. The male staff was helpful and friendly. I love that they had a shuttle to and from the airport for a fee of $10 each way. Location is great for a lot of stores/restaurants in the South Bay Center area in walking distance. Hot breakfast daily was an added bonus. Security was excellent. To get in the hotel, you needed your key card and to get to your room via elevator. you needed your key card. No one can just enter this hotel have to be buzzed in. Very safe!!! Clean and comfortable, I can't say enough.

Housekeeping was nice, if you don't have a sign on door and you are in the room just chilling the Housekeeping person would just walk in didn't like that. It happened 2 days in a row.

Location was fantastic for my purposes - easy in/out of the city via the Xpressway. Check in was fast/smooth. In advance I had requested a corner room on the top floor - my request was granted! Parking was easy & very reasonable cost - could come & go as many times/day as I needed. Housekeeping staff superb - as long as I put Do Not Disturb sign n door they never interrupted. Would leave note that they respected my request for privacy & if I needed anything to call the Front Desk. Hot, Hot water in shower no matter time of day or night - better than more expensive hotels I've stayed in! Small refrigerator in compact area just inside room door with small microwave on shelf above & ice machine available right around the corner from the room. Also a full size ironing board & iron available in the mini closet/wardrobe. The ONLY thing that would have been helpful - and this is very minor - would have been a light switch right inside the door to light up the room upon entering, as well as a small light in the "kitchen" area, which was pretty dark. However, this suggestion is not intended to detract from my overall satisfaction with my experience. I look forward to staying at another Holiday Inn Express in the near future.

The hotel was located next to a shopping plaza that had plenty of restaurant opportunities. The room was clean and comfortable. The place was secure as you need the key card to access the lobby and I said elevator. Staff was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located off the highway and a short distance away from TD garden.

What I didn't like was that there was no staff at the check encounter when I arrived. Another guest had to let me in because you need a key card to enter the hotel. After I was letting it took a while before staff came to check me in

The price was very fair for the location. My husband and I were traveling with 2 of our adult children. We had a double queen room and there was plenty of space for our bags as well as us! A huge plaza behind the hotel has everything you need in walking distance. The T to downtown is a short 10 minute walk. We felt very safe and we enjoyed the wonderful quiet area. We went to a delicious local restaurant for some Italian food and it was within walking distance. The room was clean, spacious and oh so quiet. ( We had stayed in the theater district last year and it was so noisy we got no sleep.) Here our room was so QUIET! WONDERFUL! The bathroom was very clean and comfortable with a walk-in shower and great water pressure! Breakfast was included every morning and there was something for everyone! On site parking was a plus! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Boston!

This location consistently proves to be ideal for my Boston visits, offering proximity to my objectives and facilitating efficient visits.

I had requested a late checkout due to my travel schedule back to Connecticut; however, it could not be accommodated due to limited availability. Given that I was informed to inquire closer to the desired time, wouldn't advance notice requests be more feasible than last-minute requests if this is the standard requirement?

Overall, we had a nice stay. The room was clean and well-equipped, and our bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, which was a plus; however, we didn’t quite enjoy it. There weren’t many options, and it was quite basic and not very tasty.

Breakfast could definitely be improved by offering more warm food, fresh fruits, and greater variety. Also, the use of disposable tableware is not ideal for the environment and makes the experience less enjoyable.

The hotel smelled wonderful when you first walked into the lobby. The room was great! Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. Room service was available each day if we wanted it, but only asked for our towels to be changed out and a thorough cleaning one day. Breakfast was a decent continental breakfast.

The hotel could use a little "sprucing up" in some of the common areas like hallways, stairwells and elevators. They were fine, but a little rough in some places.

Convenient location for subway and city. Lots of parking (chargeable). Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and modern.

Wasn't anything to dislike but some tourist information leaflets would be useful. (Although reception staff happy to advise). Breakfast is quite basic but it is a large and busy, near to airport hotel, so self service and canteen like is understandable. Coffee and water available in room and breakfast lobby.
