The room was clean and spacious. We had difficulty working the television set, but when we ask the evening desk clerk, he personally came to our room to show us how to us the remote. We also requested more pillows, and they gave us more than we needed. They served delicious coffee and donuts in the lobby in the morning.

Our room faced the street side, and the traffic was quite loud in the early morning hours which meant we were up and ready to go a little earlier that we expected. That just gave us time to grab our coffee and donuts.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Rooms are in the back and not directly on hwy 395 which was a plus as I was concerned about traffic noise. Beds were comfy and room was a nice size with microwave and mini-fridge. Staff was nice and available. Check on their lunch hour though if you plan on checking in later or early.

Neighbors were loud late as they had attended a concert. Another room called on them, and they quieted down.

Very clean and comfortable room, we were ortunate to get a balcony room that we didn't expect. Appreciated the little refrigerator for leftovers from meals, donuts and fresh coffee from the lobby in the morning, nearby shops (nice antique store!) and restaurants within walking distance, the desk clerk was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Interesting, historic downtown, cute little town and location. Very quiet during our three-night stay, including a holiday weekend.

room was great, location was perfect. check in was easy, even though I was later than I'd planned to be. literally everything was better than I'd expected for the price.

our tv had issues, we had to use the controls on the tv itself to get it working each time, once it was working the remote worked fine. just seemed like the tv and the box were out of sync. but we did not come to watch tv, so it really was not an issue.

Historic charm. Check out the lobby with clock collection and western Americana antiques. Large quiet room, 2nd floor with balcony overlooking main hwy, toward mountains. King bed very comfy. Front desk staff very pleasant, we arrived very LATE. Room was clean, has a combo heater fan, mini fridge. Well insulated, with door and window closed, could not hear highway noise right below. Breakfast was coffee and donuts. Yum. Perfect for stopover from Oregon to the Eastern Sierra.

Fan like noise at night (might've been the fridge) otherwise everything was good. TV is pretty basic and not very easy to use though it was still usable.

It was a very nice place in a lovely 'countryside' area, located just 30mins from South Lake Tahoe. Very friendly staff, room was very nice and clean, with comfortable large bed. Plenty of restaurants around, though still gave us a proper 'village vibe'. This place was on located on the main road of the Gardnerville town, but we didn't hear anything from the streets at night. We visited the Lake Tahoe after spending a night in Gardnerville, it was very easily reachable, price-value of this place was really great. We appreciated the large mirror in the room, where we both fit in the morning and plenty of space in the room.

The air-conditioning was very loud, and so when we turned it on at night, we didn't have the easiest sleep. :(

It is very convenient to where we need to be, the parking is excellent and spacious, it’s near a park and restaurants and bars that are easily walked to and is very clean comfortable and feels very safe.

The mattresses are somewhat lumpy, but maybe I just like them firm

Breakfast was literally donuts and coffee. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. It was very accessible. Great Basque restaurant just across the street.

Bedside lamp and in-room coffee machine did not work. There was no dedicated place to charge mobile phones or camera batteries.

Next to restaurants, site-seeing, park, casino, bars. Easy to locate as directly on the Highway. Lighted Parking in rear. Super nice and informative staff. Good donuts and coffee for breakfast. A/C worked fine. Room was average.

We booked and it said “Mountain View”. It had a nice view of a mountain, but it was too noisy. Bar nearby played until 10:15pm. We here exhausted but couldn’t sleep well as we fronted/directly above, highway traffic with trucks and cars all during the night.
