We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends and family. The property was clean, comfortable and beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised by the balcony off the master bedroom. For me, getting up every morning to the sights and sounds of nature served as a spiritual retreat.

I read in a previous review that the couch was broken. I thought by the time we got there, the couch would have been fixed or replaced. But it wasn't. I wished it would have because it was uncomfortable sitting on it. Also, extra paper towels and trash bags would be appreciated. Especially for guests who stay more than a weekend.

The house was absolutely beautiful. I was able to share the space with my Sister, and my two granddaughter’s. They truly enjoyed their stay. The kitchen was clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer was really a bonus with two small children.

The property manager called me on Tuesday evening and asked, “Would it be alright if a worker goes into your basement to do some work.” “Sure no problem-I replied.” The next morning when I turned on the tv the WiFi was no longer on. I called the manager who only frustrated me with his non-compliance. We ended the call he called back and told me to just use YouTube. I had two family members come in one a Reverend and they both said, “It’s the WiFi!” I know the worker turned off our ‘WIFI!’ I was truly upset. I sent Guest relations an email-they never responded. I had not visited Charlotte,NC in 39 years, I was expecting change. Thank you, Sharon Jones-Benyahmeen

The location, the house is beautiful. Just like the pictures. Had everything you needed in it. Parking off street. Close to restaurants and activities. Will be using it again.

The furniture is bad and hard not comfortable you can feel the springs in the couch and the house keeping didn’t put dishwasher pods nor laundry detergent in the house.

The air conditioning was not working on one of the most torid days in Charlotte and the local team did not pick up the phone to try to solve the issue.
