I’m really happy about the stay in the suite - I found it very spacious and clean. It had a lot of convenient items that I did not expect there to be such as filtered water or coffee. The owner, Jenny, was super helpful and supportive when I had questions about the suite or overall Charlotte. Check in late at night is also not an issue at all!

I expected suite to be located a bit closer to Charlotte Uptown (walking distance) but I should have checked it better on the map - was still manageable and not difficult to get to uptown (even without a car) :)

In a lovely area, with many good resteraunts nearby. Highly recommend Calle Sol nearby. Everything is within about half an hours walking distance, including the main square of the city. Cute little apartment with washer and dryer setups as well as a toaster oven, microwave, and minifridge. A small addition that ended up being really nice was fairy lights. They had them up for the holidays but came in handy when my partner would get headaches and need minimal light. They could dim to just allow enough light for us to move around without bothering his head too much. So, I loved that small detail that ended up saving a couple of our nights. The host was very nice and happy to accommodate any requests we had and were quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, especially for the price. It was a good deal and would happily stay again.

My only complaint was how the shower was placed. It is about a foot off the ground with a stepstool to and from. Feels a little unsafe to get in and out due to possible slipping. As well as the location is beside the main living room area out in the open. Since we were a couple, it wasn't bad, but I didn't love it being outside of the bathroom and wouldn't have wanted that if I was with family, but that is for me personally. There is a curtain but still, very much an open experience.

I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the place. The host was so accommodating and genuine ! The bed was the most comfortable bed that I’ve ever slept on ! The location is very near to everything and especially the places that i had reservations at! Walking distance to a lot of places as well ! Great location! The set up was very appeasing and comfortable as well ! Great neighborhood!! I would love to know if she also has other places in different cities ! Great job well done and always responded in a timely manner!

The apartment is spacious. The bus stop to the Charlotte Transit Centre is right outside, and it's a short bus ride to Uptown. The apartment is also within walking distance to the area of Plaza Midwood.

As it's self check-in only, and check-in is only available from 4pm, I could not drop off my baggage earlier as I had no knowledge of when the cleaner would be on-site to let me in.

This is a very nice and cozy place to stay. It was very quiet, easy to get in and out, and very easy to find. Very clean. It was very close to the oven auditorium and the comedy zone, the 2 places we were going to while staying there.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower being in the living room, but it was ok cause it was just me and my husband. Also the lighting wasn't very good.

We had a wonderful stay at this property it was very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. I’d like to recommend this property to 2-3 people. Very nice layout, we loved the extras like mints and flavored coffee!

Currently there is construction going on, but you just need to circle around or don’t miss the short cut thru the adjoining building.

Love the location, close to uptown, perfect for a single person or a couple looking for a place to lay their heads while traveling in Charlotte. It’s a studio turned apartment suite and really is super quaint, I think the host did great renovating the space. Easy parking, not very populated so very quiet, easy self check in process.

Great location! So many great restaurants nearby. Can even walk to uptown. Very clean and quiet. Host was quick to respond and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely return.

Construction work on the street was causing a little inconvenience. But it should only be temporary.

Fantastic location! A short walk to downtown. Plenty of great restaurants only a short drive away, and you can even walk to some. There's an awesome record store close to it that I stopped by and I loved it! The place is very cozy and it was clean and the bed was comfy.

Nothing, it was great!

It was quiet and perfect for my 2 granddaughters and me. We were very comfortable.

I don't really have any complaints. It was just what we needed.
