Easy check-in. Arrived late night for a flight out. I was promptly provided room and info for my car during my trip as well as the shuttle. Shuttle was prompt, friendly, and helpful and it was 4:15AM! That's not an easy task. Overall, I would absolutely stay again.

There was difficulty with the tv channels in the bedroom. Had to use the tv in the living space of the suite. Not a deal breaker. I needed to get to sleep for my red-eye anyway.

It was a very nice hotel, and the location was perfect for traveling to and from the airport. Shuttle service, on-site parking for my vehicle while I traveled outside the country for a week. My room the first night was excellent.

For the quality of the hotel, which was nice, the breakfast selection was sub-par. I've stayed at far cheaper hotels that provided a much nicer selection and quality. It is a minor thing but when a service is offered in an establishment, it should be adequately provided. Also, the night of my return, I was given a handicap accessible room. I am not handicapped in any way and I know the hotel was not fully booked that night. It was not a big deal but just surprising.

AInside the hotel it felt a little stuffy/ warm. Seem to be dated with the furniture in rooms, lobby areas. The room accessories were old had rust on the bathroom hinges, toilet tissue holder fell apart, furniture I a sitting area had dried crusty white spot on it, the MICROWAVE DID NOT WORK(oh my Gosh!) and was rusty at a closer glance. Had food that we wanted to heat up but couldn't. The basin had a Crack in it (look like it was scratches or someone had marked lines in it). The tube had some rust spots noted as well. The bed slept ok not the greatest. First time staying and probably my last. It served it purpose a place to stay so I could pick up my grandsons from the airport and take them home.Great Location BUT a little disappinting

Very clean room... quite a descent space for what's in it. And it's rediculous easy access to and from the airport without the noise. When I arrived I was exausted and frankly I could've slept on a couch. But their beds are much much nicer than a couch.

My flight to Durham was delayed by several hours due to weather affecting other flights. I had used the booking.com message service to let the hotel know I was going to be delayed from the expected arrival. However, on top of that, the message service between booking.com and the Cambria don't talk to each other - so the Cambria didn't know I was going to be late. The delay meant that the threshold for my room check-in limit was reached so my booking was to be cancelled. This disclaimer could have been more prominent. The hotel front desk was annoyed - which is fair enough, it was 3am - but still very gracious. They saw the problem and addressed it.

Room was very nice. Large rooms. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff is very friendly.

Only one trash can in the room. It was in the bathroom. We really needed two. Jet noise starts at 6 a.m. since it's near the airport. We have stayed there a few times, and the pool is always out of service.

Tyrell was very helpful when he booked us in. Your shuttle service people were so VERY kind and helpful with my mom who has trouble with mobility. I am very impressed with your customer service!! We booked this hotel last minute and was sooo glad that I picked yours.

Very spacious rooms, staff is always polite and helpful love that check out is at 12 instead of 11 like most places, our stay here is always comfortable.

I stay here a lot and the pool has never been open it always says “closed for maintenance” for over a year now so it would be nice to enjoy the pool.

At first I was a little upset, but the front desk manager helped me to calm down. The price was great for my budget. Did not partake of the breakfast had a 6:45am flight. I do wish you were a little cheaper on your parking fees(hotels/motels around you are not as high).

That I had to pay an additional fee to leave my car.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. They even helped with our bags. The room was spacious & clean. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable.

The pool & restaurant was closed which it didn't say on the website. Other than that I was very pleased with the room I have to admit I was scared reading the reviews (after we booked) smh but we had a great experience I would definitely go back. It was safe spacious & most importantly clean.

Staff was super friendly. I was able to return my rental car and use the hotel shuttle the night before my flight. They had warm cookies at the desk when I checked in. Breakfast was very good!
