Staff is wonderful. Breakfast selection great and maintained well. Location to beach and shopping/restaurants. Facilities clean and room serviced well during stay.

The bed pillows are like pancakes and the bed is too firm. Soundproofing is a problem. Guest staying next door set alarm for 5am and kept hitting snooze (could hear alarm going off 4-5 times clearly). Notable noise from other guests from hallways at night. Hotel is pet friendly, but they need to designate rooms/floors where pets not permitted. My wife has pet allergies and I prefer to stay in a non-pet room. Another guest was waiting in the elevator lobby with a very large dog and not friendly looking (no wagging tail and a dead stare at us). We opted to wait for the elevator to return, which had a strong pet odor when to doors opened. We understand people love their pets/service animals but we prefer rooms/hotels where pets are limited to designated areas..

Very, very clean!!! My husband worked as a health inspector (second job in a small town). Very, very hard to get excellent ratings of cleanliness in breakfast (food service/housekeeping) this hotel received extremely high ratings in both categories!!! Very, very clean!!! Their customer service (everyone we encountered) were some of the most pleasant people on the planet!!! Could not do enough to serve/meet a need (and a want for that matter). They could train people in customer service!!! All helped all!!! Would definitely stay here again!!! Amazing place/amazing employees!!!

There is nothing that was wrong w/this place.

The breakfast was good. The pancake machine was unique to us! I prefer to have some healthy cereal and a pastry or donut, but there weren't any out at 6:45 am. My spouse loved the eggs and sausage. The bathroom was clean and nice! The toiletries in it were great! The window treatment was wonderful. The AC was perfect! The elevators were quick and easy to find and use.

The pillows were too soft and squishy. The mattress wasn't firm enough. No bathmats our first night. No microwave in room. No ice bucket in room. The floors at the side entrances were often sandy and dirty.

Loved that this property is pet friendly. Plenty of pet waste stations, dog treats at the front desk and a special door hanger for pet owners. Interactions with the front desk team was great, the gentleman who was there during the evening shift was very nice. The woman I spoke to on the phone during the day was also very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable.

The a/c was loud, some corners of the headboard looked like it hadn’t been dusted in awhile. There was only one working elevator, so at times it took awhile to get on the elevator.

Great location! The beach is a short drive (10 min). There are a couple of restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance of the property. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and I loved the soaps/shampoo in the bathroom. Not fond of the breakfast but typical of most hotels. Coffee could have been better. It was a bit on the weak side. Even so, it was an excellent, comfortable stay. I was really impressed with this hotel. I will definitely stay again! I also love the fact that it is pet friendly. We will bring our pup next time.

The breakfast was great, fresh cooked pancakes as you watch it. All the rest of the breakfast was fresh and good tasting. The entire staff were friendly, professional and always had a greeting for you. I would definitely stay here again.

The Only issue, small as it might be was th juices during breakfast, I don’t know if it was an issue with the machine or if the juice manufacturer was watering down all of the different juices. All in all if this is my only complaint, you guys are doing something very good!

It was very aesthetically pleasing. The room was nice and clean. They gave ample towels and washcloths. The staff was also nice and accommodating.

There was parking being shared between a couple hotels. We struggled to find posting at night. We also struggled to find the hotel at first because it was so far back. In addition we were unable to use the WiFi because it said it could not find us in the system.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located.

Mattresses were a little thin and could he a little more comfortable. Breakfast was limited and the pancake machine wasn't working. Staff was too light for how busy this location is. Waited several minutes to check in with only one person in front of me. Same at checkout. The desk was completely unoccupied for several minutes.

I loved the location, As someone who had lived in Wilmington for nearly 20 years, after moving away I was scared to see how much the hotel was gonna cost because of it's location but I was extremely surprised when I saw the cost vs what I got. The room was amazing! The bed was nice and comfy, the pillows were soft, the shower was so nice after a long drive, and the staff was A tier.

Clean quiet and close to the beach, entertainment and cuisine. Staff were nice and helpful when needed.

Wish the beds were softer. They were extremely firm. Mattress pads would be nice. Need more cart ramps so you can access your car from all doors. The fridge wasn’t very cold. Needed to be colder.
