The very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location walking distance of many nice places, and easy access to our vehicle coming and going. The hotel was very accommodating for several issues we had (broken glass, sick kids, etc) which was very appreciated. A nice gym.

We prefer a tub, but all the room options were showers only, unless you spring for the top suite. I would usually expect complimentary drip coffee in the mornings. The room had a machine but the lobby was pay as you go.

This hotel is amazing! We were in a corner room on floor 23 and it was outstanding! Our room looked out onto the mall/lake in one direction and the downtown skyline in the other. You could see the Terminal Tower even while lying in bed! I really enjoyed coffee each morning while sitting in a chair by the almost floor to ceiling windows. The room was spacious, modern, and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and the lighting was great in the bathroom (plus, there was a stand-alone lighted makeup mirror stored below the sink). For the most part, getting to and from our room was easy, as there are plenty of elevators and they seem to be fast and run frequently – the exception being after the nearby concert we attended, when there was a giant line for the elevators stretching into the reception area. In terms of amenities, we only checked out Bar 32. The view from the bar’s patio is gorgeous (looking directly onto the lake and Cleveland Browns stadium) but it was packed when we were there around 4:30pm on a Saturday. It was standing room only and took about 15 minutes to get a drink from the bar. By the time we left around 5:15 there was a big line to get in – so be warned if you think you’re going to go enjoy a chill relaxing happy hour on a weekend day with nice weather!

It is very pricy (especially if you’re in town for a special event like we were), but the value received for what you pay makes the price sting a little less. Parking (even self-parking) is also very expensive, but it is nice to have the parking garage accessible via an underground tunnel so you don’t have to be exposed to the elements or try to cross the street with your luggage.

Where do I even start! Lol! From the first phone call to the front desk inquiring about transportation to and from the airport to entering into the lobby, walking into our beautiful room with a breathtaking view of Lake Erie. The food at Elliot’s on the second floor was amazing. The service was amazing each day & when we came back to our room daily it was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay, two thumbs up.

The facility is beautiful and very well kept. Every staff member interacted with was insanely kind. Although the hotel was busy with lots of events, there were plenty of space and ability to use amenities.

Our air conditioner was not working properly making our room around 80° constantly. The front desk said they would send someone to support but we never had a person stop by that we saw and did not experience a temp change.

The staff was incredible! Shaquille was very kind in storing our bags for us until our room was ready, remembering me and personally letting me know my room was ready, he even remembered me when we were checking out and it was a very busy weekend that we arrived! I was impressed. The bartender that was working was all alone with a full bar and went above and beyond for my drinks.

The room smelled so bad, like a weird spice or strange food. It gave me a migraine my whole trip. I didn't complain because I figured the hotel was full and didn't want to be a Karen.

The staff at this hotel were beyond friendly and kind. The location was just what we needed for a visit to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the room was quiet and comfortable. We were pleased with our choice.

The gym was laid out in a bit of a complicated manner and, since it was busy, it was hard to do a weights work out. This is a small problem overall and applicable only to people who like to work out but it could use a redesign.

Location is great but your price per night is very high. Not enough towels in room. Plus no continental breakfast for the price you pay for the room. Plus no free parking for staying at your hotel were other due not charge you a parking fee.

Way too much money per night! Plus you don’t get any extra service for the price. No free parking. Not enough towels in the room no continental breakfast.

Location is excellent after a Browns night game. Style, comfort, quality all top notch.

Our room wasn't ready until nearly 8 pm. Reservation was made months ago, we arrived at 3, other family members checked in just before we did. I would've taken another room that wasn't a lake view. What we finally got was just partial. Annoying when lots of people checked in behind us. We surely didn't get the last double queen room. Hotel did give us a small credit for the wait.

Cutomer service was excepcional when we arrived. The hotel is super clean, beautiful, comfortable and amazing location.

I checked out at 4am and the person at the front desk and the valet were rude. I know it was early but compared with all the other amazing staff, they did not measure up.
