Location was perfect and quiet (maybe this particular weekend the students were gone), free parking was nice and the area felt very safe. Hotel staff was pleasant and the room was very clean and comfortable. And the elevator didn’t feel like we were flying into space haha. Everything felt very up to date and satisfactory.

Only complaint is how small the bathroom opening was and closeness to the shower door (bath mat would touch the toilet either way). Definitely not as accessible, but I’m sure there are specific rooms to accommodate extra space.

An amazing place with parking included, and just a few minutes from downtown. Very clean, with a better-than-average breakfast, 24-hour gym and an indoor pool. Reasonable price for the king size room with a L-shaped couch and an office desk. What I should note specifically, were the extra services and the helpfulness of front desk staff who kindly provided us with the toothbrush we have forgotten to pack, and also free of charge document printing. Considering Hilton has charged me 36 dollars for two one-minute phone calls made (statewide) from my room (really, 36 bucks on top of already $300+ per night, Hilton policies are insane), Hyatt definitely wins - 1:0

Pretty much nothing to complain about. The room service forgot change pillow sheets on the second day but that probably, because we might have mentioned we need to change towels only. Breakfast while being very good, could have changed the menu a bit throughout the week.

The entire hotel was immaculate and smelled amazing when you walked into the lobby! The room was perfect and could not hear any outside (hallway and street) noises. We had a minor plumbing issue and they were there immediately to fix it. We encountered several staff members during our stay and everyone was very polite. Breakfast had a very large variety and everything was hot and fresh. Free parking is a public parking deck across from the hotel and it was very great! The area is a very nice area, well taken care of and little traffic.

There isn't anything that we were not happy with. Everything was great and will be sure to stay at this hotel in the future if we travel to this area!

The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed visiting the pool. We highly appreciate the covered parking which helped us to feel very safe. The general decor is appealing but also well thought out with lots of areas to sit in the lobby. We love the set up of the rooms. It is great to have a lounge area in the room. The staff were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

We personally loved the area. It feels like a nice, safe new area but there are not many options close by to eat which is something to consider when staying.

Room was very good size and the great location for price. Shuttle was extremely helpful to travel to and from convention center. Staff were always helpful when I asked them questions or for assistance.

I wish the pool had been covered or sound proofed. It made it difficult to relax in the room during the day. Having a few more baggage carts might also be a good idea as it seemed like there were only two.

I must say, the ample parking, indoor pool, and in-house bar really made my stay at the hotel enjoyable. It's always nice when a hotel offers such great amenities. I was able to relax and have a good time without having to worry about parking or finding a place to go for a drink. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I faced a minor inconvenience that made my stay a bit difficult. Unfortunately, there was no microwave in my room, which made it quite inconvenient to go back and forth to heat something up. This was particularly challenging as I was traveling with young children. The only microwave available was in the breakfast area, which meant that if 3-4 guests wanted to heat something up at the same time, we had to wait in a line to use it. It was a bit frustrating, and I couldn't help but think that the hotel was trying to save money by not adding microwaves in the rooms. Nonetheless, the rest of my stay was pleasant, and the staff was helpful and accommodating.

My dog had an appointment with a specialist at OSU and it was a great, pet friendly location, close to the clinic. Staff was very friendly, room was cozy, bed was soooo comfortable,breakfast was fresh with lots of options, and pool and workout facility was nice!

Although my room looked clean and was cozy, there was a faint smell of dog pee. Sadly, I know when pets are allowed, accidents can happen (although my dog would rather pop than have an accident inside), but with a $75.00 pet fee, I would expect no lingering smells. It wouldn’t keep me from staying again, though, because the good far outweighed the bad!

Exceptionally large room--we were very surprised at the size and layout of the room. Checking in Christmas Day, the staff was exceptionally kind, friendly and very helpful.

We were surprised that the breakfast wasn't better. The pancakes were crunchy--perhaps sitting too long in the warmer? And, our room did not have a microwave (but one was available in the hotel lobby)

Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the partition that separated the pull-out couch and beds. It offered privacy for the people sleeping on the couch. Bathroom door was a tad squeaky but nothing that impacted our stay too much. Hotel was close to many food establishments. We brough our dog and the process of having a pet was very easy and easy access to take the dog outside, plenty of grassy areas to relieve itself.

Breakfast was not the best I have had but, was sufficient for a light meal in the morning. The bagels were a bit stale tasting and many of the hot options were not something I can eat (to no fault of the hotel) but that leaves me with things like bagels and they just were "ok". I liked that the fruit was pre-wrapped for cleanliness.

There was a mix up with our room, as we reserved on Booking. However, the hotel very quickly corrected the issue and we were in our room in less than 15 minutes. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The entire hotel and property were clean and comfortable, as well.

Breakfast was a bit of a cluster as the kitchen couldn't keep up with the food. However, in their defense, there were several cheer teams and softball teams in the hotel getting ready for the day. So, it wasn't so much the hotel's fault, just a very high demand in the morning.
