This was our second time staying at this property. We stayed July 4th weekend, and had a perfect view of the fireworks from the venue across the parking lot! It’s very clean, staff is pleasant and accommodating. We stayed in a pet friendly room with our dog, it was very clean and smelled clean. Beds are firm and pillows are comfortable. My daughters absolutely love the waffle maker they offer with the free breakfast. Lots of breakfast items to select from, hot coffee, tea, juice and milk. The property is very well maintained. Has grills, picnic tables, and horseshoes. A breathtaking view of the mountains, very beautiful. We will be back again!

We have stayed in many budget friendly hotels but this Quality Inn and Suites exceeded our expectations. The first thing I noticed was the fresh, clean smell when we entered the lobby. The hotel was under construction, so there was dust/mud in the hallways but overall a very clean, comfortable hotel. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the usual eggs, bacon, waffle maker but everything was kept full and hot. We would stay here again without hesitation and would definitely recommend for an overnight or longer stay.

Breakfast area, and breakfast need improvement, staff not very friendly,hallways need to be cleaned, elevator need a good cleaning, bathrooms by the Gymnasium are in need of a good cleaning, toilet in our room (256) not cleaned, Manager on duty saturday night took 2hr to come and clean toilet, cleaning staff may need more proper training.

Close to the college, the continental breakfast is always great. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Staff were super friendly. Great view of the mountains. Room was super clean. Shower worked great. I always stay here when I visit my daughter. Highly recommended!

You can hear everything in hallway. Doors shutting hard early in the morning. Our room was right next to the ice machine. So you heard that early in morning. Need lights when going up the hill to the hotel for at night.

The outside area to eat breakfast was beautiful you could see the mountains perfectly. The breakfast was a typical spread but for the value of the stay you can't beat it.

The beds we're extremely uncomfortable but while we were there they were literally going through construction putting in new beds. So we may just not have had new beds yet.

Service was exceptional, we got at the facility almost midnight and the reception was ready to attend us. When we woke up at the next day at 6am the same receptionist was there doing an excellent service. Well done

Nothing to complain, only the room next door was too loud past midnight but a knock on the wall resolved the case 🤭

Breakfast was good. I think it was better a year ago when I stayed here however. Still it was fine.

There was a small attached pub next to the lobby that appears to be closed now. I really liked that pub and it was one of the main reasons I stayed there. Sorry to see that it is now closed.

It is convenient to where we need to be. It was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was not acceptable. There was no coffee and no eggs when we got there. When I informed the girl she rolled her eyes and stomped off. 27 minutes later I asked if we would see any coffee or eggs. She responded with a umm hummmm. No words. And now the bacon was gone.

Clean facility & grounds. Nice area to sit outside on the patio area. Staff friendly and helpful. Accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was great. Nice location to everything we were to visit &

The noise. Ice machine too close to rooms Can hear the persons alarm go off at 5:00 am in the morning for an hour or longer! That was very annoying. And cleaning service/fresh towels every 3rd day is not a good thing. Especially for people walking the Grand Canyon trials .

It was pet friendly. When checking in I didn’t know there were “pet” room and Mary at the front desk was great!! She was also able to answer a question I had considering my visit. We checked out early and Mary was at the front desk. Again she was great!!! She was friend, nice and helpful. So thank you Mary.
