The location was great. Room was spacious and very clean. Loved how body wash and shampoo was provided. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast could have had a little more hot food items.

We did not rush to breakfast because we had a long day previously, however we did get coffee and tea which was good. Breakfast time during the week seems kind of early but doesn't go beyond 9am, and casual travelers like to have a little longer to relax then still get breakfast before checkout.

No complaints, but maybe a fully enclosed shower so that water would not splatter out onto the floor. Also, maybe a little more overhead lighting in the bathroom would be preferred. These are not major concerns.

Great location, plenty of stores and restaurants. Room was spacious. Very impressed with the quality of the breakfast, really enjoyed it. The area was well maintained and felt contemporary and clean. Had an issue with room not being cleaned properly but didn’t change my opinion of the property

Hotel was new and clean and in close proximity to several restaurants and shopping places.

We paid in advance through booking.com. When we arrived, the attendant said we had not paid and asked for a credit card. She wouldn’t even listen to what we had to say. Booking.com confirmed that we were paid in full. The next morning, a different attendant confirmed to the error and we are hoping to see a credit back to that card for the duplicate charge. Another customer was having the same issue. Also, we were told breakfast ended at 9:30 but they started putting breakfast away at 9 while several people were just coming to the lobby to be served.

Room was terrific. Loved the kitchen setup and layout of the room. Bed was great.

Parking lot is prone to flooding. We were never able park our car and trailer in the parking lot due to high water during rain. Had to park up the street in a restaurant parking lot.

Location was great. I loved that it had a small kitchen in our room. The room was very clean and the room size felt spacious compared to most comparable facilities.

Breakfast was very minimal in the last 30 minutes of serving time. Would have been nice if it remained open with options throughout the breakfast time frame.

Cody at the front desk helped us navigate our stay there. He was very kind the couple of times that I needed to call, and during our checking in process. Our room was great!

Noise from the trash truck at 2 am every morning, and all the traffic.

Clean hotel. The room is a great size, love the kitchenette. The breakfast was very nice, a little change in variety everyday. Close to stores and restaurants.

The pillows on the bed were extremely uncomfortable and flat which made it hard to sleep.

Everything. From walking in the first day until we left. Everything was fantastic. Actually going to make a trip back to the area. Will definitely be our go to now:) Tons of restaurants and even the Mall in walking distance. Pet friendly!!!

There is honestly nothing I can say negative about the hotel, location or staff. Everything was way better than I had anticipated. Very pleased. You would really have to think to find something to be unhappy about.

Breakfast was a surprise and it fit right in with our schedule of events.

All of our needs were met according to our plan for being in your area. It was very convenient, relaxing and comfortable. Thanks to Mr. Larry (manager)and front desk attendant for their hospitality.
