Overall we had a very nice stay. The hotel is very pretty with a large breakfast area. The staff was friendly, but not very engaging. Our room had the coolest mirror in the bathroom! With a touchscreen to change the lighting options and turn on/off the heater. It was great!

The room was very nice but needs some minor repairs. We reported the broken closet door and they said they were aware. Who knows how long it's been that way? It's also time for the mattress to be flipped. Once I got to the other side of the bed it slept well.

Lobby: breakfast and shared spaces were super clean, looked new, smelled nice. Room: surfaces & bedding also very clean and the price was great. Breakfast options were also very good.

The rooms were oddly long, and no carpet so sounds were amplified. My bf said he heard me in the bathroom when he was outside in the hallway. Floor in our room had multiple deep cuts/scratches and it seems some jerk peed in the ac unit because it smelled like urine whenever the fan/ac was on.

This is the best bang for your buck place you can stay in the Hixson, TN area. There is nothing else to say. The combination of price, location and facilities are basically impossible to beat. Literally. Just try to find a better place in Hixson.

I wish the price would be lower but it seems like the price creep is a global phenomenon. Everywhere I go I am having the same feeling lately. 🤣

Newly renovated and clean. Pool and gym are nice. Plenty of parking. Staff is very nice.

Trying to find the property and get into the parking lot is terrifying. There is obviously something going on between them and their neighboring businesses because there is only one way to get into the property and it directly beside a busy intersection.

Our first night we had a problem with the room. Staff was very friendly and changed our room the next day. No problem. Through out the rest of our stay there seemed to to very loud guests fighting in the room next door, barking dogs and children running up and down the hallways. These are unusual for this hotel we have stayed here several times. The chair in the room is very uncomfortable. I would have liked to upgrade the room but was unable to because it was booked through a booking site rather than direct.

price, breakfast was excellent. Attendant at breakfast was friendly and kept everything fresh. A+

Turn the darn lights on!!! Whole parking lot was pitch black at 11:30 at night! Insanity and you're inviting thieves. Put some towel racks in. one towel rack behind the door. seriously?

The room was great, bed was comfy, I love the mirror defroster, breakfast was very good, and the staff was very nice. Would definitely come back and stay again.

The toilet seat was lose, the floors werent that clean and the AC could use some maintenance. It didn’t get that cold and seemed to kick off too soon.

The staff was always very friendly and courteous. The hotel is very clean always smells great when you walk in. The breakfast bar is always stocked. We were graded every time we come in the door!!!

Easy access in and out. It was fairly quiet. The rooms were large and comfortable. The street does not have a street sign and did have an issue finding the hotel the first day.

The only thing I had an issue with was at check-in. The young woman was slightly rude and not so polite. I am a little hard of hearing, and I did not hear all of her instructions. She didn't even smile or welcome us. Everyone else from your staff was exceptionally pleasant and kind.

Nice property. Good value. Nice breakfast. Nice pool and it was ready to use unlike most properties with pools. The best part is Calli our hostess she is fantastic, very helpful and friendly. She cares about the guests and their experience. I would give her ten stars.

Bleach stains in hall carpet. No towel bars in bathroom.
