Breakfast was adequate. would prefer longer hours for those of us on vacation and sleeping in. Pool and exercise equipment was good. Clean areas Location was perfect for our trip.

TV on the treadmill didn't work. Our safe didn't work, contacted maintenance and they came to fix it, but it still didn't work.

Our bed was so comfortable. The room was clean and convenient to the Front desk. It was close to all the stuff we like to do..We love to go to the antique malls.My husbad loves to look around at the Gun store next door.There are so many shops close by.Great places to eat.The breakfast at the hotel is awesome so many different things to eat.There has to be something to please everyone. They even bake cookies and have them there to treat everyone with as well.There is hot water always available for hot tea and hot chocolate to have with your cookies.They usually always have coffee ready as well..

I didn't like that we had to leave so soon.

The best beds and pillows of any hotel we have stayed at in quite a while.

I think the only thing I didn't like was I didn't get another night there because I had to come home.

The cleanliness was amazing. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are so quiet, it was very relaxing. I could not have asked for more, truly!

That I could not stay longer. However, when visiting Chattanooga, this will be my "go-to" hotel from now on!

Breakfast was exceptional! Great variety of both warm and cold foods to choose from. The pool was open until 11:00pm! Perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

Was really looking forward to a HOT TUB to go along with the pool! The inside of the pool surface was extremely slippery (going down the pool stairs & floor of pool) due to no grit in the newly repainted surface.

I liked how comfortable the room was that I stayed in. It was clean and quiet. I also really liked the lady that was working that night, I didn't catch her name though, but she was very sweet and accommodating and answered all of my questions that i had! And the breakfast was really really good and there was so many choices for breakfast too!

The 1 and only little thing that was a little bit of an issue was the parking. But where you are located I can see where it would almost be impossible to add more parking so I'm not sure what the solution could be?

The location was perfect. Away from the hustle of downtown but close enough to the attractions. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.

The only thing we thought was different was that housekeeping knocked on the door around 8.

The front desk staff, when I arrived and departed, were lovely and kind. The bed was so comfortable, and hotel towels are my favorite. I was able to have my tow and uhaul parked in two spots comfortably. I like the heating system controlling it on the wall. The size of the room was great, and the TV service. I like that the keurig was available. I do not drink coffee, only tea and hot chocolate.

The tub needs to be glazed. It was rust stain on the tub floor. Hot chocolate should be an option at the front desk offered.

The room was clean… bathroom was clean… room smelled good. The only area kinda not up to par was pool… it needed cleaned and theee were no towels .the continental breakfast was great. Plenty of choices.

Warm welcoming environment. Welcomed by friendly staff. Stores, shops, restaurants are within walking distances. Very clean and comfortable hotel/room. Fully stocked with toiletries, Coffee, and tea. The breakfast buffett was delicious. Variety of options to choose from. Overall this is an excellent choice of hotel.

There's nothing to dislike about this hotel.
