everything.. great areas for food(lots of choices), walking distance to Broadway for all the entertainment & fun. bed very comfortable..room view was good..complimentary brkfast was good(not a traditional bkfast)..bathroom nice & quiet area

there was only one complaint that we had!! the a/c cut-off at night & doesn't come bck on til bout 6am the next day..tried adjusting it but no go(guest should be able to adjust it)..some people body temperature r hot & not being able to adjust the air temperature wasn't gd...this were our only complaint & i give this hotel a 4- 🌟 rating in spike of the room air quality..

The location of this hotel is fantastic—just a short walk to Broadway and a quick Uber ride to the Gulch and other popular areas. Everything was spotless and felt fresh. Plus, the elevators were impressively fast, which is a nice change from the slow elevators I’ve experienced at other hotels in Nashville. The bed was very comfortable.

I was disappointed by the request to pay a fee for checking in just an hour early, especially since my room was already ready. As someone who travels frequently, I’ve never encountered that before, and it felt unreasonable given the cost of my 5-day stay. The breakfast was fine but nothing special. Additionally, our room faced the street, and the noise was quite disruptive—cars revving their engines throughout the night and frequent sirens made it challenging to get a good night’s sleep.

The room was large with a lovely seating area and extremely comfortable bed. The shower was large and lots of clean white towels. Good toiletries. The view was fabulous and location very good as close, walking distance to the main areas. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast room and all of the reception and lounge areas were very cold. This meant we couldn't sit there and eat an evening meal or just enjoy sitting in the lovely lounge area. The breakfast was only adequate. There was a lack of choice and variety. We stayed for 6 nights so we're aware of it. Seemed to run out of food. On a couple of occasions we asked for something to be replaced, milk for example, but they said there was no more. But then on one occasion did replace it. At times, on the weekend, there was not enough seating for everyone. Often there was no ceramic mugs only paper cups and sometimes plastic knives and forks and polystyrene plates. They just didn't seem to have enough of anything really.

Location is awesome. So close to all the downtown attractions and Broadway. They allowed me to check in a little early and check out a little late. I left some things in the room after checkout and they were able to hold them safely at front desk for me until I could return to get it.

The breakfast ended too early at 9:30, after enjoying music city all night, should have breakfast available until 10-10:30. There needs to be a makeup mirror in the bathroom. The vanity is wide, and makeup application is hard from that distance from the mirror.

It was so nice and clean. It was so close to downtown and everything that we needed to get to. The breakfast was great really loved all the choices. The front desk staff was absolutely excellent, so nice and cheerful. The valet person, Scott was such a pleasant person to talk with when we were leaving. He made sure to ask how our stay was and if we enjoyed our stay, very nice and I could tell he really cared about how we felt. I will definitely stay again in the future!!

Right in the smiddle of the action. Lots of restaurants nearby. Only a few blocks from Broadway where all the music venues are. Breakfast room was very spacious and they had two stations for food which moved people through quixkly. Staff was exceptional and calm while dealing with a new check-in system. They were diligent and patient. They managed a lot of people checking in at the same time with kindness and professionalism.

I can't complain. It was a great experience.

Every morning the jack hammers started in the adjacent building, and in a city where sleeping in a bit past 8am is routine, it was impossible to do. If there had been notice of the construction next door before booking I would have gone to a different Hyatt. Not a huge deal, but it's a weekend, you know there are huge crowds coming in and how many are in your hotel, and you charge premium prices per night, and you run out of silverware and dishes each morning for the "free" breakfast? Someone in customer service has to know when your guests pay the rates they do, and you advertise the best breakfast, your guests expect to have available clean silverware and bowls and plates no matter what time they come down for breakfast or how many rooms are booked. Cmon, its the start of the day...

Great location. So close to Ascend Ampitheater. We were in town to see a concert there and loved how easy it was to walk to the venue. Spacious room with seating area and refrigerator. In addition to the hotel's full bar and snack/drink area, a liquor store and Dollar General were practically next door on the next block, which was very convenient as well. Broadway, 2nd Ave, Bridgestone Arena, and so many other attractions were within close walking distance.

Front desk staff were all on their personal phones. 1 elevator out of service. Front desk staff did not let us know that you have to use your room key inside of elevator in order to get to our room. It does say it inside the elevator, but when you have all your luggage and overwhelmed, I did not notice the sign in the elevator.

Easy walk to Broadway and the major attractions. Friendly helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Valet parking was very disappointing for $50 per day. On arrival, we had to retrieve the luggage carrier and unpacked our own bags, despite the fact that the valet was standing @ his counter curb side, busy with his phone. Then when we checked out, I sent a text message as requested before going downstairs. Waited for 20 minutes, asked the front desk for help twice and then the valet brought up the wrong car. Very poor service.
