The staff was exceptional. While we were there an elderly gentleman fell outside the door coming into the building. The man behind the counter (seemed to be of Indian decent) ran to help the man and we brought him inside and got him sat down. The exceptional employee then immediately got a first aid kit and helped clean up the man where he hurt himself during the fall. Never in my life have I seen this type of care at a hotel. This man should be a nurse! Very kind. The woman that checked us out was so nice and the woman that made breakfast greeted every single person with a "Welcome to breakfast!" The staff at this hotel was the best I've encountered in a very long time. Well done staff. Well done manager! I met her and you can tell she leads by example!

The room was very clean and cozy but the only negative was a small tear in the carpet. For the price of this room, you should repair things like this. Hardly any complaints though.

The staff was amazing and super helpful. The location was easy access to everything we were in Memphis for. The hotel room was spacious.

They either need to put in all tile flooring or shampoo the carpets more often. While the adults wear shoes in hotel rooms it was hard to keep shoes on my toddler and her feet would be brown/black just from running around. The plug ins for our room by the bed also didn’t work.

The location it was very quiet even by the highway the staff was great attentive n friendly my room was nice comfortable n clean they allowed my whole family to b on 1 floor. I'd cm bk there. N like tht it was only 6 mins frm beale street I locked myself out my room n the guy got me right bk n

The Friday and Saturday night reception chap was excellent. So helpful and friendly and gave us lots of advice as to where to eat and what to see and how to get there using public transport.

The inconsistency of general knowledge from the staff regarding public transport into downtown. We were told when we arrived in the day that there wasn’t any public transport near the hotel! There is and it’s just a block away.

It was very clean and close to everything

I didn’t like the fact that they do not supply a microwave for every room. I stayed for a week and it was hard to do meals without spending so much money. Breakfast was so awesome. Mrs. Joyce on maintenance was excellent.

It need to be more secured cars got broken into and we was in a good neighborhood so if you go there please be sure to take al l your valuables. The hotel is in a good neighborhood but you know how people are

The Breakfast was wonderful the lady serving i think her name was Ms.Joyce. Very helpful, did a amazing job very polite to everyone see came in contact with.

The rooms don't have microwave. They put fridges in them what if u need to heat up something..

Chose the hotel because it was cheaper than staying down town. Using Ubers. Idea hotel for what we required. Breakfast was not stuff and plently of it. Room was clean and comfortable.

We struggled to find somewhere to eat the first night but whilst looking for a supermarket came across the main eating area, would be great if this was communicated at check in.

Staff was super cool, especially the ladies in the morning. Very nice and professional. They had a little breakfast area which was cool. The orange juice was a let down but you know how it goes.

I know this is going to be super weird but the curtain would no go down all the way. There was about a 3 or 4 inch gap, but the ol throw pillow on the bed made it an easy fix. The orange juice was booboo but I didn't expect much of it. However with those two "issues" I was pleased with the experience. 9/10 would recommend. The orange juice, well orange drank really had me in my feelings. Was bummed out about it. Memphis was pretty cool though.
