Very clean, comfortable beds, decent soundproofing at least by modern construction standards. Window blinds had an edging piece to avoid light coming in around the edges of the blinds--excellent! The woman working at the front desk when I checked in was extremely good at her job.

Nothing the hotel can do about this, but the hotel is very near the train tracks. I slept well with a white noise machine. Good earplugs would probably also have worked.

We loved our whole stay. Our room was lovely and well appointed and satisfied our needs.The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of food. I especially loved the hot and creamy oatmeal. The hot breakfast…eggs, sausage links and patties, biscuits and gravy, the variety of dry cereal, yogurts, pastries and breads satisfied everyone’s taste. It was truly amazing.

Nothing could have been better with one exception. For snacks like chips, ice cream bars, etc the desk did not take cash so the young people with no credit cards could not purchase anything.

Location was great for any events at Eastern Washington University. Breakfast was served in a nice, large great room, and there are exits near the free parking all around the hotel.

We did arrive early in the morning, and when we asked for early check in, they said the earliest that they could accommodate us was at 2:30pm. That was unfortunate that she said that especially since she didn't bother to look if there was any room available to us for our reservation. I did approach her at around 1 pm since I noticed others getting their rooms. Only then did she say she could give us our room.

Great location. Staff were super friendly. Room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Had a great conversation with the manager. He is awesome. Personable, helpful, top notch customer service.

The eggs on the breakfast bar were barely warm.

The pool itself is great, but the surrounding environment isn't incredibly inviting.

The pipes in the shower had trapped air - there was a high pitched "whistle" in my shower and the one in the room next story.

Great breakfast! Clean and comfortable rooms. Waterbottle refill stations available. They have a free van that can take you to locations nearby!

No complaints

We booked here because it was close to EWU and we were there to visit our son. We had breakfast both mornings and enjoyed the large selection of breakfast foods. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They even gave me forks at 8pm, so I could enjoy my leftovers from a earlier dinner out. It is noce to have a mocrowave and small refigerator in our room along with the mini keurig machine. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect for me!

I didn't like that I forgot my swimsuit and didn't get a chance to use the pool! I also didn't like that the refrigerator wasn't already on. I didn't see the note on the top right away and my drinks got warm. Fortunatley, I noticed it the next morning and was able to turn it on and have cold drinks for the next day and store my leftovers from Texas Roadhouse. Don't want those to go to waste!
