Very clean, comfortable beds, decent soundproofing at least by modern construction standards. Window blinds had an edging piece to avoid light coming in around the edges of the blinds--excellent! The woman working at the front desk when I checked in was extremely good at her job.

Nothing the hotel can do about this, but the hotel is very near the train tracks. I slept well with a white noise machine. Good earplugs would probably also have worked.

We're in the road travelling, so was overnight quick stop for us. Being across the road from a shopping complex was great so we could get supplies and dinner.

Nothing much in the room for coffee etc. Yes it's downstairs in the lobby but sometimes you just want a coffee in bed in your pjs.

We loved our whole stay. Our room was lovely and well appointed and satisfied our needs.The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of food. I especially loved the hot and creamy oatmeal. The hot breakfast…eggs, sausage links and patties, biscuits and gravy, the variety of dry cereal, yogurts, pastries and breads satisfied everyone’s taste. It was truly amazing.

Nothing could have been better with one exception. For snacks like chips, ice cream bars, etc the desk did not take cash so the young people with no credit cards could not purchase anything.

Location was great for any events at Eastern Washington University. Breakfast was served in a nice, large great room, and there are exits near the free parking all around the hotel.

We did arrive early in the morning, and when we asked for early check in, they said the earliest that they could accommodate us was at 2:30pm. That was unfortunate that she said that especially since she didn't bother to look if there was any room available to us for our reservation. I did approach her at around 1 pm since I noticed others getting their rooms. Only then did she say she could give us our room.

Great location. Staff were super friendly. Room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Had a great conversation with the manager. He is awesome. Personable, helpful, top notch customer service.

The eggs on the breakfast bar were barely warm.

We thought we had requested an ADA room and did not get that. We found it to be a little pricey for Cheney.

All staff were friendly and competent. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast had lots of options!

The pool itself is great, but the surrounding environment isn't incredibly inviting.

Location was convenient, beds and pillows were very comfortable, slept like a baby, the breakfast was wonderful. Thank you!

The pipes in the shower had trapped air - there was a high pitched "whistle" in my shower and the one in the room next story.

Great breakfast! Clean and comfortable rooms. Waterbottle refill stations available. They have a free van that can take you to locations nearby!

Good Location . Ample parking. Easy access to building through secure doors. Comfortable room. Excellent sound dampening from train noise nearby. Good breakfast . Helpful staff
