I had requested to be close to the pool, which they were able to accommodate my request, and the room was in the building closest to the pool, so that was perfect. I also was able to get an early check in. The earlier you arrive, the better your chances of getting early check in, but if not they have a locker room and bathrooms in the indoor pool area. There is only one bathroom stall in the ladies room, but there is a larger bathroom in the lobby area. That is a bit of a walk from the pool, but doable. The hot tub was the perfect temperature, and they had plenty of towels available, along with very attentive servers to bring you drinks, food etc.

The late afternoon DJ music was too loud for the size of the crowd at the pool. There wasn't very many people, so it would have been nice if that was toned down a bit.

Rooms were very clean and updated. Property is well maintained.

- For this level of “top end” resort, no bathrobes and slippers provided. In the rooms. Also Felt the spa treatments were very over priced for the amenities and services provided. Not a top end spa. Spa staff were courteous but didn’t provide a quick overview of the facilities like most high end resorts. Ran out of drink cups and didn’t replenish. The spa facilities were very small and not quiet and peaceful at all. But they also add on automatic 20% gratuity and then “ask” if we want to change it, which I thought was sneaky.

I enjoyed the whole experience of our stay at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa. Our room was spacious and very nice. The beautiful sunrise from our balcony was amazing. We will definitely return.

I wish there was a diversity of staff. My husband and I didn't see any African-American staff.

The hotel was very pretty and the room was very nice.

We had an incident where my girlfriend accidentally left her white blazer on the bed. The blazer was the same color as the bed sheets so we didn’t realize we left it. When my girlfriend went to the front desk to check to see if they had her blazer, they were extremely rude to her. They were gossiping in front of her face and laughing at her. It was extremely unprofessional and for the price of the hotel unacceptable customer service.

I loved that I was greeted by friendly faces offering samples of chocolates with smiles. I loved the winterfest activities, particularly the fireworks in January! The remodeled rooms are great and property clean. We will be back!

Price can be steep, especially in the Italian restraunt. We may have to reconsider that next time. My son was offered to add protein to his pasta dish and his steak add on was as much as my husband's meal! Together pasta with steak - $90. That just shouldn't be. Deserts and drinks were on par.

The resort was beautiful and spacious. The surrounding area was beautiful, green peaceful and very tidy. The hotel lobby was also very spacious and the bar area so relaxing. In the evening, we had the pleasure to listen to a life jazz band whilst sipping our tea and eating the delicious cheesecake (recommended!). The resort was also very close to Lake Geneva's shopping street, a 6 min car drive. Last but not least, 10 min away you could go and do a nice nature walk near the white river or go for a morning run. This stay really helped me to unwind and enjoy the time with my loved ones.

The spa area was nothing special, the water in the jacuzzi did not look clean and the space was too small to make you feel comfortable, especially when there are more people using it as well. There was more space for the lockers than the actual spa itself. The interior didn't impress me either. I did expect so much more to be honest. The pool in the main building was ok but full of jumping children so I would recommend going to the pool in the spa area opposite the resort, which has 3 lanes, and you can swim in peace as it's only for adults.

The room was clean and great amenities restaurants fitness center. We loved the lake tour and guide Margo. We loved the pool and fireworks.

Check in was not as expected. I asked if our room faced the lake and the girl said yes. Our room actually faced the parking lot. Also I asked for a room closer to the main building, we arrived early enough for a switch, and they put us in the farthest building 1. Otherwise happy with stay and facilities

Beautiful location and the staff were phenomenal. We stayed in a Villa and it was lovely to be away from the main hotel and have our own space. Had a full spa day and even played 9 holes at The Brute while we were there. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed spending our anniversary here!

Our Villa was a little unusual and did not have a full length mirror, hangers, a closet or dresser drawer space. There's an interesting open concept for the closet, but storage is definitely limited. The in-suite kitchen was extremely convenient, but SO stocked that there was no room to store dry goods.

Lovely property.

There was a conference bring held at the facility that had their social get together on the lawn outside our room - two nights in a row. Very loud, noisy - the people and the music. And the hotel lounge (which was inside and on an outside patio) had music going until almost 2 AM. Would have appreciated the checkin staff alerting us to this noise potential and to offer a room farther away from the social functions.

Great location and amenities. Stylish and comfortable. The linen and pillows smelled clean. Great communication with staff and the front desk staff was super.

Our waitress did not offer us a menu for brunch. We had the breakfast buffet because we thought it was our only option until we saw other guests with menus. Menus should be offered during all meals.
