The property was tucked away in a residential area and also near the army installation. People around were really nice to show us where was the location as we were lost on our first day. It was away from the main road so there was no road noise at all.

Its hidden and a little hard to find but once you know where the location. You can easily find it. Also, we wished the pressure of the shower was stronger. Its stronger when we switched to cold water but not when we switched to hot water but we ustand its all about going green and using less.

Very nice new design and very clean room was in the hotel

The check in system is bad no stuff there after 5pm. You need to do that by yourself and you need internet for that. That was only one bad things there.

Clean, modern and big suite. The staff was very nice. We were upgraded for free. Washing laundry was fast and efficient. We were very happy with our first stay, so I booked the accommodation again. :)

It‘s a little further away from the down town, but the rooms are so nice that I don‘t mind the walking.

only one bin in the bathroom which makes utilising the kitchen difficult. check-in process was difficult as property was hard to find and no one was initially at reception. short reception hours meant we were unable to get washing done. the advert made it sound like the property had a washing machine available at no extra cost however this was not the case.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. A little out of the way of the main tourist sites but this lent itself to a quiet neighbourhood.

The hot water takes a long time to warm up

very comfortable. A hidden gem. I would not have mind living there full time if I really could.

More access to management when needed. Hard to get a hold of. Business cards with email and legible and easy to read phone numbers would had been better.

spacious room in a quiet street walking distance to the old quarter and main sights! Highly recommend rather than staying in the crowded old quarter

Clean and spacious. furniture were in great condition. Toilet came with a bidet which is great. Place located in a quiet area so sleep was not interrupted by Hanoi’s busy roads. Less than 10mins walk to train street and 15-20mins to Old Quarters. most importantly, staff was nice and accommodating.

shower drain was a little slow to drain the water out. Not a big issue unless you enjoy long showers.

I liked that the building felt secure with the gate and the swipe card

This is the most amazing ans high technology rent you will ever have! Even if it is within an alley, I always feel safe within.
