The property was tucked away in a residential area and also near the army installation. People around were really nice to show us where was the location as we were lost on our first day. It was away from the main road so there was no road noise at all.

Its hidden and a little hard to find but once you know where the location. You can easily find it. Also, we wished the pressure of the shower was stronger. Its stronger when we switched to cold water but not when we switched to hot water but we ustand its all about going green and using less.

I really like the facility, very things were just perfect. The stuffs were really helpful and nice.

The location is not easy to find and access. We had 5 big suitcases, it was not easy to make them to the room and get out to a taxi because the way to enter the location was narrow, and about 10-15 meters from the taxi stop.

The check in system is bad no stuff there after 5pm. You need to do that by yourself and you need internet for that. That was only one bad things there.

Fantastic location - equidistant to the Old Quarter and West Lake. Nicely situated to see all great monuments and government buildings nearby. A cozy and relaxed space to stay. Feels like an apartment home. Very peaceful and quiet within a bustling city.

The walls are quite thin so you can hear everything, whether from above from the other room or from outside.

It was very clean and the air conditioning was amazing. Was rate on the border of the old quarter so not hard to get away from the craziness

Clean, modern and big suite. The staff was very nice. We were upgraded for free. Washing laundry was fast and efficient. We were very happy with our first stay, so I booked the accommodation again. :)

It‘s a little further away from the down town, but the rooms are so nice that I don‘t mind the walking.

very clean and comfortable with a large space and lots of storage

only one bin in the bathroom which makes utilising the kitchen difficult. check-in process was difficult as property was hard to find and no one was initially at reception. short reception hours meant we were unable to get washing done. the advert made it sound like the property had a washing machine available at no extra cost however this was not the case.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. A little out of the way of the main tourist sites but this lent itself to a quiet neighbourhood.

The hot water takes a long time to warm up

very comfortable. A hidden gem. I would not have mind living there full time if I really could.

More access to management when needed. Hard to get a hold of. Business cards with email and legible and easy to read phone numbers would had been better.
