The staff Mr. Dung, Ms. Thuy Ms. Len Mr. Tuan and the manager, Ms. Jenny incredibly attentive and accommodating, they ensure that every need was met promptly and with a smile. The hotel maintained an impressive level of cleanliness throughout the property, including the rooms, common areas, and dining facilities. The accommodations are spacious enough and furnished with comfortable beds and modern amenities, making for a restful stay. It has a great Location**: Situated conveniently near Hoan Kiem Lake and most popular attractions, the hotel made it easy to explore the local area while providing a peaceful retreat when needed. The breakfast is simple Vietnamese foods but delicious.

The mini fridge in my room is not functioning. I did reported but no action was taken. I hope they will improve on this matter.

Superb cleanliness in the room and common area. Exceptional service from the staff, friendliness, and helpfulness, especially the manager Ms. Jenny, attentiveness and willingness to help. Madam Len at the kitchen serves well eventhou a simple meal but it's free. The location of the hotel is primarily located in Hoan Kiem Lake, which is the most lively tourist attraction in Hanoi. The bed is comfortable, and the aircon works in a tiptop condition as well as the water heater with good water pressure. The check-in and check out process are super easy. Wifi are provided everywhere and fast.

The room was good, great location, however the window view was to a wall, different from advertised. But it didn't bother us as staying just for 1 night. Great laundry service, friendly staff.

We booked a bus to Sapa with them, we booked a 'double cabin' sleep bus that in reality was 2 people squished on the same seat and which cost the same price as separate cabins, so it would be worth buying single cabins for same price direct from the bus company. Maybe a better explanation of what we were buying would have been good. Just a heads up.

The best and perfect location, just 100 feet to the Hoan Kiem Lake and 300 feet to the water puppet theater. The room was comfortable with ample charging points 😄 In the room they are not providing water cattle but when I requested they provide me a hot water thermos which was more than my requirements, thank you guys. I booked Ha Long Bay tour via hotel, it was good. The guide who was leading the tour was nice and spoke English very well 👌 The staff is excellent not one person all of them are great👍 The room had no view but it didn't matter as it is not a hill station.

The localisation was just perfect! The Old Town and the French Quarter within walking distance, good restaurants and grocery shops nearby. I would like to thank the amazing staff of Little Hanoi Hotel - they did their best to help us and it was way more than we thought we might need. Everyone there is wonderful!

We got a room without a window, that was just a bit uncomfortable for us, as we are used to having one in every room. Anyway, we did survive, as the AC works perfectly.

The Little Hanoi hotel was exactly what we wanted, it was in a great location walking distance to the busy centre of old town, the B52 victory museum, the military museum, train street and much more, this property is adequate for a traveler’s that wants to see and experience a city, have somewhere comfortable, dry and safe to sleep with a good breakfast, breakfast is eggs how you like them, toast, tea, coffee water and fruit, if you are a traveler that wants 5 star luxury maybe not, but for everyone else I recommend The Little Hanoi Hotel. The staff are great, the office is manned 24/7 Jenny the day receptionist is exceptional, she organise trips for us, sorted a problems with a trip that had nothing to do with her that had been booked in Australia, organised transport for us, she is a warm welcoming host that nothing is to much trouble for. Jenny is an asset to the business and if I had to give her a rating I would give her 12 out of 10👍👍👍👍👍👍

Hot water ran out quickly

All of the staff at this hotel were really helpful, they even kept our bags for us when we went for an overnight trip to Sapa. It was in a great location, we could easily walk to old town.

The breakfast area was small, so sometimes there weren't places to sit when it was busy and we had to wait for other guests to finish eating. It's fine because we weren't in a rush, but it would be good if there was a way to book your breakfast time ahead if you needed to.

I booked my hotel in Hanoi 1 week before my flight. I had to read reviews and make sure the location is close to most of the attractions within the city. This was my 2nd time in Vietnam and my experience was good in Ho Chi Minh. I highly recommend Little Hano Hotel to everyone travelling to this city. It’s right next to the lake and close to a lot of attractions. The room is clean and spacious enough. There is a lift if the room is on the higher floor. But the best thing about this hotel are the staff - Khanh, Thuy and especially Jenny. Thank you so much for taking good care of us. For helping us book our airport shuttle, the day tours to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh and showing us where to go for the other days. I love the daily breakfast and our short talks while waiting at the lobby. I will definitely stay again at this hotel when I go back to Hanoi.

It is what it says - a little hotel in Hanoi - its location is very central to all the highlights but it is down an alley. Good value for money the staff are great very helpful and knowledgeable for the area - breakfast on the whole was good , a choice of eggs really but cooked fresh along with toast and fruit - clean hotel with elevator - loved Hanoi would stay here again the girls on reception are lovely
